I will be attending this year's AnimeExpo 09. I have been looking forward to the con all this year. I hope to see some people from Mene there.

Where and when is AnimeExpo?

I'm heading there, yeah. Maybe we'll see each other there - though it's a bit late to organize a Mene gathering or anything of the like. :sweat: *adds that to her to-do list for next year*

But yeah. Going to LA after work tonight; spending the whole weekend. Excited. |D

Sadly my costume plans fell through the cracks at the last minute. Just like what's happened every year. I'm coming to believe I'm cursed.

It is going to be in Los Angeles Convention Center this weekend.

I'm not really on Gaia much anymore (not for the past...almost two years? Actually since I originally joined Mene, I'd say), but I always do stop by their booth just for the hell of it. So hey. |D

But, sadly, no.

I've wanted to go for years but never had the money or time. It's across the country so I'd have to take a week off of work and I can't do that. Plus I don't know anyone that would want to go with me anyway. It sounds like so much fun to go and dress up though.

I really wish I could go to con this year. I just moved to the mainland but all the conventions here are too far away for me to be able to go to. I wish there was on in Utah. There was one in Hawaii but I was never able to go because of school. Anyone know of a con in Utah??

I so wish I could have gone, though I think I get Seph's autograph anyway!! Love my random friends who moved to the corners of the U.S.

I am no where near AX and go to A-cen, 4th largest, every year instead. not he same amount of press, but yes, I would be exhausted, but have loads of fun.

Yeah - DEFINITELY looking forward to next year too. Just seems to get more exciting every year. |3 I still can't believe some of the people I met - was most certainly the most interesting event of my life. Wonder if next year can beat it?
