I suck at putting on makeup, I could never do it. I always look like an idiot. I wasn't allowed to wear make up by my parents, and I didn't have any one to teach me how to use it, so I just tried to teach myself. I mostly just wear eyeliner anymore because it's too hard to put other types on, it's so messy and I do not have a steady hand at all and I do not have hand eye coordination, especially in a mirror. Mirrors confuse me and I always move the wrong way in a mirror. Plus my hubby doesn't like for me to wear makeup anyways. He prefers me to just be myself.

I just recently got into the whole make-up tutorial watching phase. I have seen Michelle Phan, and I just think she is such a sweety, plus I like her more than some others on youtube, because she does more explaining how to and showing than idol talk about her brush is amazing or snobbish talks about how one make-up brand is better than the other. Lol. I dont want to know you can afford a $50 lipstick, I just want to know how you get luscious red lips! I did a couple days ago look that MAC has a nice tutorial on some of those classic looks like red lips and cat eyes.

I love watching makeup tutorials. I like to watch people apply makeup in general, it's so interesting.

The BEST makeup guru on Youtube is Kandee Johnson. I love her so much! Not only is she amazing at doing makeup, especially for costumes, but she is also a really positive and sweet person. You should all check her out.
