... they can freak you out sometimes, right?

For example:

I live in Ocean City. We have a Ripley's Believe it or not museum on the board walk. Next to the ocean. One of the biggest, and last, displays is a gigantic shark room with a male figurine on the wall with it's innards ripped outside. Next to THAT is Is a TV with a 7 minute clip on repeat detailing the shark attack story of the guy statue.

I don't care if he survived, I don't wanna hear this when I'm about to go swimming! :cry:

A more humorous one, Bambi 2 DVDs in an old display case with the caption "Oh yes, there will be blood". That's just wrong and hilarious at the same time.

Any stories from my fellow Menewsha people?

That's awful and funny at the same time.

My friend had a habit of sticking her tampons in school desks for later use (Like to get at the end of class) but sometimes she'd forget about them, and leave them there. Next class we had in there, one of the guys sitting there was asked for a pen, and he pulls out a tampon!

I felt so bad for him! xD;

I went to some weird museam, and there was a box you could open that was always (Somehow) filled with real moths. So I opened it, and they swarmed me. I went back to my hotel and there was a mysterious box in our hotel room. D: I made them open it outside. (It was actually filled with "Complmentary" chocolates - they were nasty!)

Um... I've read a ton of those to, not really that bad... Unless your talking like kindergarten age children books the, yes, that IS inappropriate.

Unless they kill grandma off with old age to teach about death.

I've seen that giant shark at Ocean City. xD I live fairly near there. /nods
I think something that freaks me out is also when things are mentioned at the wrong time. I went to the St. Louis arch last week and you can actually go up in the top (about 600 feet) via a cable car-like thing. I'm glad my cousin didn't tell me on our way up or while we were up there, but a few years ago, there was an electrical fire and people were stuck up there for awhile and had to walk all the way down. D: I am so glad I didn't know that until I was safely on the ground, as I really hate heights. xD

i remember one day i was at a wendy's close to my home, i was standing in line behind this hippie lady who i think was high, and she had a tshirt with "Vegan" on it she was babbling about how they are murderers that cows have feelings too and blah blah blah, and they actually had to have her escorted off of the premises, and right after she left, i ordered a triple hamburger and a side of chili xD
