I'm going to come right out and say it: I love my body. I love my hugely muscled calves (that have actually broken knee-high boot straps ;-;), my mismatched boobs (B and C!), my big feet, and my entire frame in general. I don't look like the girls in the magazines, and I'm happier because of it. A gal can't ride a bike 15 miles, then play-wrestle with her boyfriend if she's so skinny, a good breeze would take her out. I mean, I kinda hate being so short (my dad is 6'5" and I'm a foot shorter. How fair is that?!), but life throws curveballs sometimes. Besides, it gives me an excuse to wear thick-soled sneakers, and those rock after a heavy rain.
Is there anyone else on this site who can honestly say that they love their body?

It's great that you love your body! Not many people do, they always don't like some part of their body. You seem to just take what you've been given and like it.
I guess I do like my body. I do have some parts that could change, but I'm still a teenager so I've yet to grow. ^^

I could say that if I didn't have the genetics for having crappily sensitive skin. D: Hurts like a bastard in the summer. And if I had a somewhat smaller tummy.
Other than that I love my body. :]

I'd love to say that I love my body, but I don't at the moment. I always wanted to be more fit, ya know, just to be healthy and stuff. But I do appreciate those who love their body. It's something that is important, and if you do, then you're awesome! :D

I feel your pain, honeybunch. I'm darn near albino in coloring, so I can't go out in the sun without a jacket on. And I live in Florida ;-;

I'm starting to like my body... I'm a 6'1/2" tall girl, with a slightly chubby body... I used to feel really awkward for being so tall... and thought it a curse, but lately I'm starting to love it. I can see over people's heads in crowds, so it's hard for me to get lost in one, I can easily reach anything on most high shelves, and my teacher kept telling me that people looked at tallness as something good in industries...
I mean it has it's faults too... It's very hard to find pants that are long enough for me that don't cost a fortune... and there are people who treat me like a freak for being so tall... but can't change what you're born with... and I'd honestly rather be tall then short. :3
I also don't really mind the extra chub... (though I still want to lose just a tiny bit more) I actually think it's better then being uber skinny... and probably healthier. :3 I never want to be really skinny. D:

x_x; My skin's not that sensitive, since I still tan (which kind of pisses me off 'cause I pride in having pale skin.)
but my skin's sensitive to like face washes and some creams my doctor's prescribed me. Things that are too harsh makes my eczema flare up in where ever I used something bad. D:
The hurting like a bastard comment was to how dry my feet would get.

Whoa, I had eczema for a while too, when I was younger. It manifested in the form of this gigantic rash on the back of my leg, and I didn't even realize it was there until someone asked me about it. The fact that it itched like hell should have clued me in, looking back on it now. Try using the sort of stuff that gets rid of athletes foot. Cleared mine up in two weeks and it never came back.

Hah. That cream that was prescribed to me was for athlete's foot, actually. xD; It made my skin so much worse, before the itching went away, so I had to keep using it. I've softened my skin a little bit with the vaseline on your foot + a sock method. :]
I don't get eczema as bad anymore, but it does flare up. D: I just have this small dark, rough spot on my foot now. I had it my entire life and it never occurred to anyone in my family that it wasn't normal. <_<;

I'm jealous. P: There are days when I am completely happy with my body, and other days when I loathe it. I especially hate my arms. I have mild keratosis pilaris, which means that I feel so awkward about it.
I think all women should love their bodies.
I'll never be like the girls in the magazines, and I'm proud of that fact.
I like my curves.
They give my boy something to hold onto. ;D

I actually really hate my body, because I'm not super skinny. I don't like receiving stares because I'm not that blonde bimbo across the street. In my town, also, if you're not skinny you're not worthy of friends. :) So.

Curvy girls are much prettier in my opinion. I like the idea of an hourglass shape, its much more feminine and womanly.
When you guys get a little chubbier, where does it go? With some people it's the belly, the sides of the belly, thighs, bum etc. With me it's my belly. But it doesn't even out around my belly, its like just a blob in the middle, none at the sides.. i don't like that much.

To be honest, I don't love it or hate it. I never really took the time to care whether or not I lived up to everyone else's standards of what looks good. I mean, yeah. I'm fat, but seriously, who cares? I'm not trying to impress anyone.
I did sign myself for aerobics this year though, just because it looks fun. :>

I am a very curvy girl, I wear a size 11-13 and I have big hips, big boobs and a butt. I don't have a stomach but if I did I would love it none the less. I like my body and I can't image being any other way. I am 5'8 3/4s" so because I am tall I think I look very proportional, it might be different if I was shorter.

PaintTheSkyRed, do you live in america?
I'm not sure what the sizes are compared to UK sizes.
I think they're like 2 below ours?
Oh no, they are one size below. Our sizes go up in two's, do they do that in the US too?
I'm a 10 or 12 depending on the shop.

I'm 50-50. I'll love it one day, and hate it the next. I guess I'm fickle, but all in all I really appreciate all that's been given to me. I've had a couple of knee surgeries and I would be in a wheelchair without them. I guess thankfulness should be enough, hmm.

I'm pretty happy with my body. :] I'm 5'9, 126lbs. I'm not at all chubby, but I could stand to work out a little. I'm Native American so I have really fine hair on my arms, but there's a lot of it. You can't really see it much if I tan though. Oh and that's the other thing, my face does not tan. Ever. I can lay in the sun for a long time and my body will be nice and tan, but my face comes out white as a sheet. >.< My legs bruise very easily, which sucks because when my legs are bruised I can't wear skirts.

I bruise so easily as well! it's terrible because I never remember where the bruises come from and I've got such a pale complection I look like a hemophiliac. It's quite terrible. I like being pale though. It's how I've always been.

I use to hate my body, but then I got tired of making myself feel so shitty.
I'm not skinny, and I never will be. I'm a meaty girl by genetics and I have broad shoulders.
=/ Now mind you, I'm not some ball of bubbling fat, but I do have something to grab on.
Besides, my breasts would look funny if I didn't have a little meat. I'm D cup in size, and let's face it... big boobs USUALLY look funny on skinny chicks and people assume they're fake.
I'm about ten pounds heavier then my "healthy weight" for my BMI.
I wear a size 11 to 12 in pants depending on the makers of the jeans.
But you know what? Oh well. I love my curves, and I love my wide hips.
;] I think I look good, but at the same time I also think I could work on some things like toning my upper arms a bit.
I'm not perfect and I never will be, but I'd much rather someone love me for my personality then my body.
