I logged into my e-mail just a few moments ago and browsed my spam folder, which I'm wont to do time to time. I came across one of the more amusing spam messages I've received over the years- a lengthy entreat by a 17 year old Kenyan girl who needed backing to access the 8-million dollar bank account her politician father left her upon his death, and is on the run from her eeevil step-mom. The message was rather elaborate, for the type, and all of it was as ridiculous.
I don't know whether it was the sleep deprivation, or just my regular twisted humor..
But all I really thought about as I read through the message was
"I wonder if she runs like a Kenyan".
Props to those that get the reference.
So, what is the most ridiculous spam message you've come across, recently?

LOL, Powerthirst xD I'm suprised you even open mail like that though, I block any from addresses that I don't know. Once you open it and they know the email address is active, you leave yourself open to even more shit being sent to you.

I got one darn annoying one. it had a small Windows styled box with the text:
"Do you want cookies?"
"Yes" "No"
So I clicked no. Or I tried. But whenever I tried to move my cursor over it, the box moved away! I actually continued to try clikcing the no answer, but... well, I ended up restarting my computer since who knows what those cookies were made of. :sarcasm: And this post was from my friend! But I have small doubts about him.
I also often get these chainletters about anything that is wrong in the world and I am supposed to add my name (after watching horrible videos from slaughterhouses), just like 300 others have. And the 500th will send the last mail to the first mail. TADAA, a perfect email address collector!!!

I usually just ignore any spam mail that I get. xD; Though on occasion, I will go through my spam folder to see if my account marked something as spam that really wasn't. I usually get 100+ messages about car insurance, free deals, ads about things, and dating services. o__O I'm not sure how they got my e-mail, but every so often I'll go through those messages to pull my e-mail off of the "subscribed" list.
Though I do have to say... I have gotten some very interesting chain letters... One being completely made up by my friend, that involved a visit from Richard Simmons, a plane crash, some explosions, and a load of absolute chaos that had me laughing so hard that I had to keep it going. xD I wish I still had that one to share.

The best spam I got was, "Hundreds of mothers like you are going back to school!"
I'm 17, and not a mother.
xD
I found that one to be insanely funny. c:

I do the same, though when I'm especially bored, I'll open up the really amusing-looking letters as well.

I'd have loved to see that: Simmons is always a good choice for absurdist comedy.

I've never been lucky enough to get that one, but I have gotten plenty offering me discounts on breast implants, and the like.

Eh; I have all scripts and the like blocked, it should be fine; Besides, any additional mail would still just go to the spam folder, it's not the end of the world.

I had to ditch my old hotmail address... I was getting over a 100 (perhaps a bit of an exaggeration) spam messages a day per spam box and inbox... I didn't keep up with deleting so by the time I left the email entirely.. I had almost 10,000 spam messages in total. Between the two boxes.
Most of them were to do with the opposite gender being solutions for penis enhancers. :XP

@Darkeyes: Lol @ The name changes. xD
I rarely get any amusing looking ones... Though I do keep getting ones from someone calling me Frank. o_O; I found that a bit odd.
@Kale: That happened to my old e-mail address. xD; I'm scared to go on it and see how much spam it's collected now...
And lol! xD

The ones I usually get are from single mom's looking to date me. I'm a female and I'm under age! Which is why it's so strange and I wonder how my E-mail got out there to them. It kinda creeps me out and I never open them because I never know if they have a Trojan attached to them or something.

If spam-mail is any indication, my sexual anatomy- of either gender- is undersized, Africa has 89% of the world's wealth, and I'm being stalked by very 'frisky' sorority girls.
Also, the government is behind everything and I need to surround myself with more flowers..
..but who am I to argue with those?
@Hotstuff Icequeen Eh, I get bored with normal quoting.. >_>
@Lawlzy I lawled. Yes, enough to warrant referencing it twice.
