I can't see myself having kids, but I love thinking of names either way.
For girls, I like the names Holly, Marcy, and Jeane. They're plain, but not ridiculously common.
Once I start thinking of guy names though, I crap out and come up with dumb names like Goddard and Claus.
Needless to say, if I had a boy, he'd hate me for the retarded name I gave him. D:

Yep It's already been decided. First Boy is Loki, God of Mischief and the first girl is Aeris, the Goddess of Chaos (also the Goddess who started the Trojan War XD ).

Yep, I'm asking for it, but I wouldn't expect anything less from any child of mine. My luck, they'll be twins!

If I ever had a daughter, I'd name her Emily Jade. If it was a boy, it'd be a toss up between Malcolm (my dad's name) and ... well, actually, I think Malcolm would be a good name for a boy, and it's a tribute to my dad, wherever he is today.

I already have my first three of Each planned out (I know, I'm either crazy or REALLY want a kid)

Boys: Antonio (I would call him Anton though), Caleb, and Maverick.

Girls: Melissa, Katrina, and Susan (for my mother).

These wouldn't be in a particular order. It mostly depends on which I feel after they are born.

I honeslty don't think about it really. I'm more of a "when the time comes" kind of person. I'm good at name picking though. But honestly if I ever find out I am pregnant, I have nine months to think of a good one, and that is more than enough time, ^.^

If I had a boy, I would want to name him Gordon. Gordie for short. After the great Gordie Howe because I'm a huge hockey/red wings fan.

If I had a girl, I think I would like to name her Maggie or Judy, after the songs Maggie May by Rod Stewart or Sweet Judy Blue Eyes by Crosby, Stills, and Nash

Well, I already have a little girl ^_^ I named her Robyn :)

And if I have a little boy in thr future I would like to name him Elliot <3

I like loads of names though, so it is difficult to decide which to use @[email protected]

As I get older, my names for my future children change.
When I was younger, I loved the name Anika (Annika).
Now I am leaning more to Esther, Isabella, Estela.
For guys names, I really don't know. I guess I like Matthew.
I gues I will hopefully/probably will have at least one child. If I have the money, I would like to adopt.
At most I want 4 children. Preferably 2 or 3.
by the way, I just joined. I am kind of confused and lost., but slowly figuring things out. If you have any advice or something, please let me know.

cbrstrshp 10-09-2009 04:44 AM

I wasn't a fan of kids until i started to learn about cognitive development in my speech class. now i cant wait to get married and have a child. If my child were to be a girl I think I would name her Regina and I don't know any guy names that I like a lot; but definitely not Matt

JellybeanInc 10-09-2009 05:26 AM

Hubby and I already have names picked out. There are 4 of them mostly because he won't back down and neither will I, so we're going down the list as the births happen. The last one is only up because my Mother requested it as it would be the only thing that would keep her from changing her name and moving out of the state. x3

Benjamin Louis
Jana-Marie Elizabeth
Julian Marcel
Hayden Jane (or Marie...we haven't decided all the way yet)
Mother's Request: James DeForest (And if you can tell me where those two names are from you'll get 10 brownie points. =3)

I for one would be happy with just girls, as I babysit two little boys a lot and they are a hand full. But we have to have one boy to "carry on the family name." *eyeroll*

I've thought about adoption, but it's way on the bottom of the list, and probably wouldn't happen unless we really couldn't have any kids on our own.

Hal B Noire 10-09-2009 07:44 PM

There are still a lot of names I would like to find out, but the ones I'm definitely thinking about are these.

For a girl it would be Alice or Rosetta. And for a boy it would Allen or Elan.

Enaro 10-09-2009 09:03 PM

I plan to adopt older children, so I'm sure they would already have a name. But if I ever did have children of my own, I do have names picked out in the back of my head.

For a boy I want to name him Andre Micheal.
For a girl I would want to name her Jacqueline Edith.
For twin boys I would want to name them Cain and Able or Ezra and Ezekiel.
For twin girls I would want to name them Isabell and Annabell.

shadow never seen 10-09-2009 09:23 PM

I want 3 kids, 2 boys and 1 girl. the 2nd boy and the girl being twins. the names I'd want would be Benjamin Caine (withheld), (can't remember the other one right now), and Isabella Willow (withheld). I may change the Isabella thing cuz of twilight (hate), but whatever.
and I also want to adopt after having my own. lol

MadHatter_fredrick 10-09-2009 09:44 PM

If I had a boy, I'd love to name him Angel.
I think it's a beautiful name for a boy. If he decides that it's too weird, his middle name is going to be Gabriel. His friends can call him that.

I don't know what I'd name my girl. Nothing as common as Brittany or Ashley.

I'm just pretty stuck on Angel x3

Lukastra 10-09-2009 10:27 PM

I love irish and english names. I would love to have two little twin boys of my own one day (probably through adoption in my case), and name them something like, Errol, Arthur, London, Aelfrede, or something. I fancy Elvish names too, but I don't know if I'd get away with naming a child Eldagond or Amras...(though they *are* pretty). If luck, love, and life ever bless me with a lass, well, I like Laindelin, London Rayne, Abigail, Amile, Bridget, Natahli/Natalhi, or Erin. Aaoron would be a great boys name too....

Staria 10-09-2009 10:32 PM

Hehe I honestly have never thought about it. XD I have some issues that make adoption impossible AND my uterus is broken so not much point. Still made me smile though to read this topic for some reason. I'm weird lol. I've always liked the name Cassarah though, has a nice meaning and sounds pretty while still not being something the child gets teased in school about lol.

I don't know if I'll ever have children- I'm afraid I'll mess 'em up- but I still have names I'd like to name them, eheh.
Sybil, Valencia, or Ava for a girl.
Edmund, Cyrus, or Gino for a boy.
I like unusual names...

amulet 10-11-2009 12:15 AM

i like weird names:
possible names if i ever have a girl: topaz, kaleida, amulet, diablo
possible names if i ever have a boy: sora, mars, toby, oliver
yeah they're weird but dont they sound cool?

Eridel 10-11-2009 12:45 AM

Ah children, lol.
My boyfriend and I have already picked out the names for our children if we were to have any in the future. For a girl I would like to name her Isabella Rose or Mandy Lynn. For a boy Vincent, or Robert (After my grandfather).

I have a friend who has a boy named Conrad Jessie Danger -insert last name- We just call him CJ. xD
