I have numerous ways of relieving stress. One is playing games that require some mild violence, like Mario Kart Double Dash and Brawl. Drawing is another good way for me, but sometimes they end rather violent too or scary. Ranting to friends about how I feel.

There's another one that helped me and it may be a bit cruel/gruesome to you. I used to go outside and take the garden knife, head over to an area with ants. And massacre them. They deserve it, they invade my house during hot days and attack any crumbs, they're even searching in my closet. I don't have food there!

So..What're you ways of relieving stress?

I do it by drawing, or working on one of my many long-term projects.

Oh. And sex. >>

I relax on the computer to calm myself down, I also find gum helps and trying to breath slower.

Other things I do when I'm stressed, dance or run until I can't move. Drink.

When I can, I will get a massage to relieve my stress.
If I can't, I rely on sleep and knitting.

I watch one of my favorite movies, or if i am angry at someone i hop onto the computer and play a FPS XD

When I'm stressed out I just go to bed and sleep it off. By the time I wake up I feel better. But if I can't sleep, I'll usually sketch something. A nice bath is relaxing too, or a shower, whatever I'm more in the mood for.

Cooling off by taking a nap works for me. That and writing. I tend to feel better after I've written something.

Screaming is usually the ultimate way of making myself feel better but since that's disruptive, I have to find other methods such as drawing, sleeping, playing an instrument, or listening to music.

I like to pop bubble wrappers when I'm stressed. It's simple, easy, and is pretty much the same pattern over and over again. But if I cannot find any bubble wrap I go run around in my brother's room- not only is hearing his complaints pleasing; but also, watching him join my little 'rampage' is sort of amusing as well.:sarcasm:
