No clue, I don't see anything embarassing about middle names. Mine is Rose, after my grandma, and I'm not planning on changing it, I have no problem with it.

My middle name is Elizabeth, My mom has the same middle name and so does my grandmother. That's all I really know about my middle name.:sweat:

my middle name is maydeen - no one ever taught me how to spell it so it sort of changes but thats how it said at least, if i could i would change it to a clump of random letters and make people try to pronounce it >:D

Middle names may bother people because they've been made fun of because of them or because they know that if someone else had that name they would react by making jokes about it

I think middle names tend to bother people because people are seldom addressed by said name, making it seem unfamiliar and weird. Also, in my experience, the only time my full name was ever issued was when I was a child and my parents would shout at me using my full name every so often, so it takes me back to being in trouble.

My middle name is Joy, and yes, I do hate it. Why? Well, first off I'm not a sun-shine person, I like being cynical. It's also my maternal grandmother's name, and I don't really get on that well with her (she once said that she wanted to rearrange my face with a shovel... but, in fairness, I did call her a hunchback - because she has one!)

After all this name mambo-jingo, I would like to say that I am almost never referred to by my actual name anyway. Everyone I know calls me Koo because of my art site (http://kurashi.deviantart.com), and I'm perfectly fine with being defined by what I do.

I have a pretty normal middle name (actually, it was supposed to be my first name but I was given a choice). Jolene seems to be pretty normal.

Some people I know use their middle name as there nickname. Like someone's first name is Art and his middle name is Robert, so he likes to be called Bobby.

Middle names eh? Well, I'm not sure why middle names bother people sometimes, I find first names bother me more then middles!! My middle name is Ione though, it's kind of uncommon so I like it alot, though I wish I could change my FIRST name to Katawnia or Keeanna!:O=3

I don't hate my middle name at all really. By my complete first name I despise. I had a sub one time who called me by my whole first name and my friend turned around confused and asked "Your real name is ________? I thought it was ______..." And I stabbed him with my pen. >:l I hate it. My middle name is nice though. Danielle. I like it, it doesn't really fit me as a person, but it sure as hell fits better than what my first name is. :D

I don't have a problem with my name at all! it was supposed to be my first name though. My middle name is Noelle, well its really the second part of my first name. BrittanyNoelle is my full first name so i shortened it to Brielle. Clever huh? lol. and i personally hate when people call me brittany. so i have a problem with my first not my middle.
