My name is Kristine which means Christ-follower. My family has always been really steady church-goers and we still are. So that's where my first name domes from. My dad is the pastor of our church, which is kind of weird sometimes, and so we're there like 2-3 times a week. Not much time to lolligag~ ;) But anywho~ It Scandinavian and it's the feminine form of Christians. Other names played off of Christian are Christopher, Chris, Christi, Kristin, I guess you could spell any of them with CH or K. Doesn't really matter. ;D

My first name is Jennifer.
I have a book of Baby Names, and in it, it states that my name means... "White Wave" or also... "White Phantom" I didn't know that before, which, when I discovered it, it gave me a new appreciation of my name, which I have hated for a while. At least until I discovered the meaning of my name.. Jennifer is also derived from the name Guinevere (which can be spelled in many ways...) |
