Often wondered how people exercise, and when.
So, how do you exercise? When do you exercise? What sorts of exercises do you do?

I personally exercise right in the morning (although mainly just jogging); and in the evening whilst watching the news with crunches, and weights. Not much else really.

Ooo. I've never been good with DDR, Stepmania or any of their computer-arrow-key alternatives. I suck in general at rhythm games.
Was thinking of getting myself a treadmill, but still weighing cost of treadmill against just jogging around outside.

I ice skate when I can, though up here at my current residence the few damned ice rinks near me have such limited hours, and they often clash with classes. Thinking of taking up jogging or biking, but the area is terrible for that. Maybe just walking every which way would be good.

Well I walk quite a distance to get to school...
Then yeah I play DDR, or I just crank up music in my basement and I dance free form for about an hour or two.

I work out 5-6 days a week at the gym. During the week I go right after works so that I remain motivated. Once I get home and sit on the couch, it's all over. XD

I do 35 minutes on the eliptical machine, then walk for 15 minutes.

Then two days a week or so, I lift weights and do ab exercises. :D

I don't really do much official exercise, but I try to walk everywhere I can for the fresh air and to help keep in shape. I used to horse ride and kayak when I was younger but my social life and job meant I quit a couple of years ago, now. My old job also involved dog walking which helped keep me in shape.

I went ice skating the other day, which was really fun, but wore me out, which goes to show how unfit I am =[. I also dance a lot on nights out, but to be honest, any health benifits of this are probably canceled out by the amount of alchohol I drink =\.

But I would like to make more of an effort to keep fit, especially as I don't do any real exercise now and I would like to be more toned but I'm not very good at putting the effort in =[

Though we're not that consistent yet and sometime skip ^^;
Well, at least it's a good start lol. :3

I'm pretty on again off again, but I try to get in some crunches and arm toning excersize before bed. I try to aim for when my fiancee is either out of the house or wrapped up in a video game. I don't know why, but I can't stand having people watch me when I'm trying to work out.

I'm on my school's varsity crew team, so I exercise with them 5 nights a week.

Workouts usually last for two hours. We'll run about 3 miles, erg 5-8 km, and do calisthenics (crunches, leg lifts, push ups, wall sits, etc).

And then about twice a week, we'll practice out on the water. That's just rowing exercises and pic drills for 1-2 hours, or until the weather forces us to dock.

I get my exercise from my P.E. class in the morning, and over the weekends I dance at times in my room. (And if you have the right song to mve to, it does count as exercise)

I ride my bike 5.6 miles a day when I go to work, which is about 3 days a week, but then I also ride it to the library which I do the 3 other days a week..I tend to take sundays off when it comes to exercising. I also do crunches at night time, but I do that inconsistently. My work out is probably going to increase once I go to college because they have a gym ^^

I make sure I exercise every day, but I also make sure I don't do exactly the same thing. A little variation is better for your body.

Some days I do aerobics at home. Some days I do aerobic exercises at the gym. Some days I go swimming. Some days I go for a run. Some days I go for a jog while pushing the baby in the pram (yay for multi-terrain pushchairs!) And some days I just put some music on and shake my thing!

It seems to be working, I've lost over 15lb in the last 2 months. :)

Honestly, I don't exercise much. I find it embarrasing..

But I have started to wake up at 6:20 to walk and do the Total Gym before school.
