I have a couple..If I can remember....
I can't stand when people cough loudly near me. It just makes me cringe. Can't stand it when students just can't listen to their teachers. They just have to be stupid and talk and piss off the teacher. Text talk, only if its a lot, a few words here and there are livable. Wrong spelling on obvious stuff. And a bunch of others I can't remember at the moment.... |
When my shoe laces come untied when I'm walking is a huge pet peeve of mine.

I have a lot of pet peeves, unfortunately. :sweat: One of the biggest is when someone tells me to calm down or relax if I'm not upset. For an online pet peeve, it bugs me when a person insults another for their spelling or something, but they can't form a proper sentence themselves. For example, people who don't capitalize or punctuate that talk down to someone who misspelled something. They're not actually trying to help; they just want to be a jerk. It bugs me.

I really, really, really, don't like close-minded people. It just...bugs me, people who hate things, but aren't even willing to try them. :/

Whenever someone lies about something (usually BSing about something) and you call them on it, and they know they are lying so to save face they say something like "just kidding" or "just joking". It bugs the heck out of me cause I just want to scream "No, You're Not JUST KIDDING!"

- When people bite their nails and decide they are going to click them on their tooeth at the same time..
-Talking with food in your mouth. Specialy on the phone. So gross. -People starting drama... and the name calling when the person doesnt even know who you are. just had to deal with that. Co workers crazy x got mad when i picked up the work phone. lol -Not getting things done on time and not having it organized, or people un orgianizing it to piss me off... yay |
Pet peeves.. I guess I pretty much hate when things look like they should be in a pattern but they aren't. And when I put something somewhere and someone else moves it. Why would they DO that? And when people are standing right next to the rubbish bin, and yet their rubbis is thrown on the floor. And cigarette breath. Gah! Cigarette breath is awful.

When people bang on desks, tables, ect. Its very anoying to me. Same with a ticking clock. :O

Coughing. It drives me up the wall crazy. I don't even know why, it's not even the germ aspect of it. It's mostly the sound, that completely awful disgusting sound.

I've got a lot of pet peeves, some completely irrational, but a couple in particular come to mind at the moment, because I was just talking about them earlier today.
I really hate it when people say 'heighth' instead of 'height.' Heighth is not a word, and it pisses me off when people who should know better use it. Even more common, I hate misuse of apostrophes. I adore apostrophes the way some people adore kittens and puppies. I love the things. And I cannot stand it when people add apostrophes to a non-possessive, or don't add them to a possessive. Frustrates me to no end. And so many people have't the foggiest idea that they're doing something incorrect punctuation-wise. |
People that hate others without a reason in the great blue yonder. I'm also peeved with people that spell my name wrong even though they've known me for five years. The drawer thing gets me except that it's cupboards being left open. I always find a way to run into them no matter what I do, lol.

When something happens and somebody says "Really...? really?! REALLY?!" Jesus christ that pisses me off so bad I just yelled at them "YES MOTHERFUCKING REALLY."

I don't like cooked/steamed crustaceans that are still in their shell and all (antennas and beady-eyes). When I look at them they creepily resemble their arachnid cousins. Also it feels like they're accusing me of something.

Stupid people trying to pick fights with me, but then back down when they realise I'm not putting up with their bs, and then really realise that I mean business. Mainly because I'm a pretty peaceful, happy-going person, and hate fighting because fights=needless drama in my life. I just had one "gangsta" f-tard start talking stuff about me as he walked away, and I called him out on it. All over the fact that I was apparently staring at him when I really wasn't. Basicaly it ended with "Either you're gonna come in here, and we're gonna throw down, or your gonna go home, cuz I have stuff to do, and I don't have time for this!" *yes this happened at my work place, like it always does, which is why I dislike working where I do so much* so yeah, pretty much just stupid disrespectful people in general. ^_^

When my uncle decides to torrent. It lags my internet so online games like World of Warcraft become annoying to play, and it's just so utterly rude. He's so immature about it too, I've tried to set up times in which he can torrent away, but he still torrents all the time and gets offended when I accuse him when it's so utterly obvious. Seriously, he's in his 40's and acts like a ten year old. |

When people argue with you about the spelling of a name. My biggest one though is when my brother talks about something I don't want to hear about and won't stop repeating himself until I pretend that I am listening.
