Does that mean I never eat enough or does it mean that I have a hole in my leg*? It could be either...

*Food falls out through the hole in the leg, meaning I never get full

It could mean that you actually are thirsty and you aren't drinking enough. It could also mean that you eat a lot of sugary foods, that cause your bloodsugar to spike then drop, and when your bloodsugar drops, it tells your body your hungry to get more sugar.

I'm the opposite. I'm almost never hungry. I have to force myself to eat most of the time.

Probably not eating enough I guess. That or not drinking enough liquids. If you feel hungry just drink something preferably water or juice. See if your still hungry afterwards.

@ SpookyPookie - haha. Does that really work? Well, I mean I know drinking can quench hunger for a little bit, but I definitly don't drink a lot of anything and I'm still never hungry.... well, that probably comes from having really bad eating habits in college I suppose. Never had time to really eat and when I did I didn't eat much because I didn't have the money to buy a lot of food <.<

Funny story how we were studying dehydration in nutrition. :)
My father always said to drink water when hungry. I actually don't eat sugary foods that often. I'm living on campus now so I end up eating a lot of vegetables, fruits, and starches. I'm ok on proteins. :B

I'm also like that sometimes... Even when we've just cleaned the table, I begin to get hungry again.
I dunno how old you are, but I think it's a part of being teenager ^^'
Just remember that when you get hungry rather eat some real, healthy food than taking an unhealthy snack. Then it's alright to eat more. (My mom works with health duh X3 )

Sometimes it just means that you need the extra energy.

I get the exact same way during crew season. In order to keep up with my workouts, I need about 5 meals a day. It feels like I'm never getting enough! But once the season ends, I'm back down to about 2 meals. The exercise routine makes all the difference in the world.

As long as you're eating healthy and don't eat yourself sick, it can be worth it.

you could be malnurished??
I'm kinda the same way. if I don't eat in exactly 5 hour intervals I get immediate stomach cramps and feel like I'm starving. not good when it happens at work. XP

I am sometimes fairly normal in my eating habits sometimes, other times, what I assume to be anxiety causes me to have great difficulty eating (even when I want to) because I get bouts of nausea. This is of some concern to me.. Because the less the human body eats the harder it gets to eat. So I have to force myself to eat even when I'm feeling nauseous. :o

You could be a faster though, meaning you eat less at any one time, but eat more frequently.
