I think it would benefit the students.
I'm glad it didn't happen when I was in school. Mainly because it would have taken effect after I started and all that jazz. But if that form started when I started going to school, I don't think would have mind at all.

Yea there talking about making school year round. But not being in session on the weekend that they can't do that. But they are talking about making the years longer and going all year long. But the kids will get more vacations weeks off. thru out the year. personally I'm glad I graduated years ago. cuz kids need a break. Colleges go year round but public schools for kids shouldn't thats just to much. cuz being in college I can tell you that after going to school for three years streat with know more than a week between qrters gets to you after a while so If they go and do this I think that the high school dropp out rate will go up immensly. So I think that this is just plan stupid. lets just over school the kids.

I love the idea of year round schools with 2-3 week breaks every so often. I wish that we had them here in the United States, but we're just not that lucky and I don't think that the school system is going to go and change just like that. The way that things are now people like the three month summers that we have now. I myself would prefer to have some more time off around Christmas and Thanksgiving, but that's just me. I like the Winter. I'd like more time to enjoy it.

Changing this stuff now would cause such a controversy that I just don't think that it will happen for a very long time.

ack! Really? Oh man I am SO relieved to be out of the gradeschool system forever if that comes to pass. No relief from classes, bullies, idiots who think they're gangsta even though they're middle-class white dudes who'd probably pee themselves in fear if they ever got to a ghetto... ~SHUDDER~
