This is one question that I've been asking for years. If you ignore the proportions (and hair), the bare chests of men and women look essentially the same. But due to the existence of breastfeeding and the proportions of them, they are seen as sexual organs and therefore have to be covered up. It's pretty stupid, honestly.

You learn something new every day... Still i have to agree, certain parts of our bodies have been over-sensationalized. Even though i would rather not see a shirtless individual in public, i have seen much worse before, so i would just laugh at that fat man XD

There's a lot of people in the world who don't seem to understand how they look or what's considered acceptable to wear in public places. I believe lawns count, but that's not as bad as what some people wear to the store.

There's a site called "People of Walmart" where people post pictures of the things they've seen at walmart...and honestly, it's scary. I wonder if they have mirrors...or any idea of what they look like.



So the reason why you need clothes in public? There are just some people who shouldn't be allowed naked. Ever. Not even privately at home.
