I'm 5'3" and it can be a pain being short. Shelves are my enemies, I can't reach them and I hate getting up on a chair. But...then, I get my tall boyfriend to get things for me that are too far out of reach. Hee hee. I also have problem with finding pants are not dragging on the floor... :(
Other than that, I don't mind being short...though it is strange to watch my younger siblings pass my height. |

I'm 21 and I'm 5'2". My sister is 19 and she's about 5'4", maybe 5'5". I'm the shortest one in the family. Once someone thought I was 13 years old.. O.o

I'm almost 5'11 and a lot of my friends are around 5'5 and under. One of my friends who is around 5'2 feet started calling me the Sun Goddess in Jr. High because she would stand behind me so that I would block the sun for her. I always felt so loved.

I'm tall for a girl. Or at least I'm taller than all the other girls I know. Luckily, I'm around the guys' heights or a little shorter, hah. But I'm about 5'9" or so. I refuse to wear high heels because I'm so tall. And it's no help that I'm really skinny. I only weigh 116 lbs. :C If I were a model, I'd wear high heels. THEN I WOULD BE TALLER THAN ALL OF YOU!!! Most of the guys I know now are really tall, so it's nice, I like being little compared to them. My previous boyfriend was an inch shorter than me and I ended up running around barefoot at my senior prom. I used to be tall for my age, and at the time I was proud of it. (That was before I was concerned about boys) Now, I am pretty happy with my height. |
Don't yall love being short? I'm 22 and 4'9". I work in a kitchen full of guys and they love to pick on how short I am. Espically when it comes to going into dry stock to get something from the top shelves. Lucky for me I can climb x3 Its espically funny when I go work at this school. I'm friends with the teacher, and I go to help her out from time to time. Most of the students will ask if I am a transfer student xD. I just laugh and tell them I graduated high school in 06, the look on their faces is helarious

I'm 16 and 5'4". Suppose it's not too bad except most of my friends are 5'6" or so.. And most of my guy friends are pretty short so they make me look taller ^,^ this one guy, who was known for being short, cute and ginge now taller than me..-.- ah well, we are not short! We are vertically challenged!! ^,^

I suppose I could qualify for either short or average, being 5'4". I'm not sure if I'm finished growing yet, but while it lasts it's still cute to have to stand on my tiptoes to kiss my boyfriend.
On top of that I weigh 95lbs, and a couple of guys I've known have so much fun just tossing me over their shoulders like it's nothing (which for them it probably isn't). Being short, skinny and featherweighted is fun. <3 |
Nobody has tried picking me up like that. Course I'm not light and don't know too many guys. :XD

Haha, yeah, I haven't often, but there were those occasional times when I haven't seen either guy for a long time and they get excited and pick me up and twirl me around, or when we're play-fighting and one simply picks me up and tosses me to the ground.
I don't exactly look twiggy, either...I'm just incredibly thin-boned. |
The only tall guys I know are my fiancé and some guy I met at uni. My fiancé knows better than to try to pick me up ;) and the other guy well hes a twiglet so I'd probably crush him. :XD

Yes, I used to bite the back of people's necks and claw at their backs when they'd pick me up...I don't do that anymore, as I'm not a feral wildcat much anymore. Not since I began discovering who I truly am. Teehee, I was wearing my mom's 3inch bamboo platforms the other day and I felt so tall. >_> |

no one ever guesses my age correctly. they think I'm 15-17 years old. :P I always get carded. I don't really have any problems with it. just that I can't reach things that are on the upper shelves ^^; but there are always those helpful tall guys ;) |

I'm 5 ft and either 6 or 7 inches.
