Wolves, horses and moths. I've always felt a deep connection with wolves. I tend to be more wolfy myself, snarling and growling etc. Moths seem to follow me around, i've become very fond of them.

Hmm... I don't really feel any kind of special connection to any animal, but if I had to choose, it would probably be bunnies.

Because I'm small, I'm chubby, I'm cute, I'm useless in a fight and I'm mean when I'm horny!

Best answer ever. :D

Cats. Wild ones - the out on my own and away from people.

Ah, wolves...I do love them, and there may be some qualities I share with them.

Your story made me awww. <3 If I did that with my cat I'd suffocate in his fur...I swear he is more fur than body.

Lol Iv experienced that before :XP my cat rolled over on my face and I couldn't move lol. She's not exactly really fuzzy or has thick fur but she's a sucker when it comes to cuddle time and she'll get all up in your face :XP She doesn't know when to move!

If we're allowed to pick mythical creatures, then I would say dragons. :)
There is something so mysterious about them that lies behind their eyes, but you can't place what it is. They are beautiful and cunning, yet misunderstood. They will do anything to protect the ones they love.

Moro 10-28-2009 08:31 PM

Hm.... Interesting. Your the first person to choose a mythical animal I think =3

BinkaKitty 10-28-2009 09:06 PM

i seem to connect with most cats very well. i seem to understand my cat very well, even enough to know her favorite color. PINK!!!
also, cats that supposedly aren't very friendly like me. my friend has one cat that everyone said wasn't nice at all, and the cat followed me everywhere, rubbing all over me. i also tamed a scardy cat in just minutes once. he was one of our barn cats who always ran away from people. what i did was locked him in the barn, then chased him around until i finally cornered him. i reached down to pet him and he cowered like i was about to kill him. when i started petting him, he realized that it wasn't so bad and started purring. within a week, he was a very friendly cat that loved everyone. =^_^=

I've always had a deep connection with wolves and dragons. Yes that's right, I said dragons. lol They are both power animals that I use when in rituals. The wolf more so though because it is my spirit animal. I find that I have the soul of a wolf stuck in a human's body.

rustashwolfin 10-29-2009 02:14 AM

well i never felt a 'connection' but my friends told me that i'm a very 'wolfish' person in just about everything i do. they say i must have been a wolf in a past life and i may not have changed as much as i should have for this one.

every human wants a human counter part, but theres not an animal in the world that would want to be us, go figure.

Sho-Shonojo 10-29-2009 04:29 AM

I connect with wolves and other canines the most.

I'm a person that connects and gets along mostly with my family and a small group of friends that I stay close to. I like dealing with problems in these groups, but I like my alone time every now and then. I also don't forget the friends that I have made in the past, and I can pick these up pretty easily again. I adjust pretty easily to change, but I can have my grumpy times. I also love to have fun, especially wrestling with my dogs. I would love to be one.

Mirielle195 10-29-2009 04:52 AM

Well, if you want to include mystical creatures, I'd definantly say unicorns. As far as regular animals go, it's a tie between horses and deer. But I always felt a connection with animals and nature in general.

aneru 10-29-2009 05:10 AM

In some ways I actually think a fox might be a spirit guide of mine or something like that. But the animal I think I have the strongest connection with are cats. Kittens are irresistable to me, and if I see a cat wandering the neigborhood I just HAVE to go make sure it is ok. When I was visiting my friend in Oregon I couldn't help but cuddle her cats...though they got tired of it soon enough.
Maybe it is because I have grown up around cats. The was not a single moment my entire life growing up that my parents did not own at least 2 to 4 cats. I even get irritated at my parents cats like they were a sibling or something. Now that my boyfriend and I are on our own and can't afford any pets...this is the first time I haven't shared my home with an animal....it is nice to go home to my parents' full household.

Leenalia 10-29-2009 10:36 AM

Dolphins for me. I'm fun and I'm brutally honest. I see no need to lie, not even a white lie...but society told me otherwise, because I'd get in trouble.

You connect with deer? Thats interesting... I think your the first to say deer or horses :)

Leenalia::

I think your the first marine animal lol. Im glad you didn't say a fish :XD I myself am hydrophobic so I dont think I qualify for a marine animal o.O

Marquisse 10-29-2009 10:50 AM

Horses are mine, I can connect with them very very well. We can talk to each other with our body language. I have 8 horses and could not live a day without them.

If you talking about personality it would be a bear they are my sprit animal.

Moro 10-29-2009 10:58 AM

Hehe I love bears ^^ 1: they have cute and fuzzy moments 2: When it comes to protecting themselves or their young they can a RAGIN BALL OF BEAR FURY =D!!

Marquisse 10-29-2009 11:03 AM

LOL yup thats me!

Izumi 10-29-2009 11:12 AM

I'm not going to be very original, but cats. They're very independent, and for the most part are very curious and seem to be close to really small children. Mine are constantly getting into stuff they're not suppose to, and while I get annoyed I think that a lot of times I find it humorous. Also, cats do have different personalities -- you just have to listen and watch them more than say dogs.

The deepest connection I've had with a cat is my current kitty, Mog. He knows when I'm feeling down or upset and will jump up in my lap or on my bed and love on me. He's very vocal and well talk to you too. He loves just about any people food (it's surprising he's not put on a lot of weight...), and everything about him is just adorable...Except his smelly poos and the fact he keeps on missing his litterbox. (I need to get a lipped one me thinks so he has to actually -sit in- the box...)

He has a routine too. When hubby's alarm goes off he's off like a shot and jumps up on his bed to greet him. Hubby will get his coffee and his cereal and sit and watch ESPN, while mog will stretch out right next to him on the couch and hubby will pet him. Once he leaves, he usually hops back up in bed by my feet and stays with me until I wake up, and then when I wake up he'll greet me too. When I try to use the computer throughout the day, he'll jump up in my arms on the desk and try to love all over me.

Not to mention Mog was born in my apartment closet on my 25th birthday. I have picked him up since day 1 and loved on him. He is usually really shy to other people, but he acts like he wouldn't know what to do without us.

Melody 10-29-2009 12:38 PM

Birds. I dunno, we just get along really well. I grew up with chickens and ducks, my friends had quail, cockatoos, parrots etc. They would sit with me while I worked on homework or art projects, pick bugs off that came too close, or decided to crawl on me. It's kinda always been that way with me and birds. Even now that I don't have the chickens and ducks in my yard, I still get sparrows visiting the yard and sitting near me singing while I garden. It's really quite a disney princess moment sometimes. Makes me feel special. <33 (until the kids or the dog realize what is going on anyway)

I can very easily relate an awful lot to small rodents, namely mice.

Mice are timid little things, very easily startled and very quiet, but are also social and need companions in order to be happy. They like to keep themselves quite clean, grooming their fur very often. They may appear messy, but there is a method to their madness -- they organize their things and often rearrange them. They are inquisitive and intelligent and highly capable of learning new things. They have poor eyesight and often misjudge the heights from which they jump, sometimes leaving them injured -- their weak immune systems often further that injury.

In all these ways, I'm very much like a mouse. I'm shy, but have two very close friends I don't like to be without -- and when I'm not with them I'm very quiet, and distrusting of strangers. I love to read, research, and learn, and I hate going without showers. I have a really haphazard way of organizing my things and it normally looks very junky and messy, but I normally know where things are even when it appears to be chaos. I wear glasses because of my poor vision, and I'm always getting colds or allergic symptoms. On top of that I have mousey brown hair. :B

I like cats and dogs as well but I've always been more attracted to and gotten along best with small rodents, and I very much enjoy keeping mice and rats.

Moro 10-29-2009 10:56 PM

Now that I find very interesting =D I like the idea of connecting with mice although iv never got on with rodents

Lady Wysteria 10-30-2009 12:43 AM

Oh, they're really wonderful creatures~ And so tiny and cute!

A lot of people seem to be afraid of them and I have no idea why, they rarely bite and they're so sweet.

Moro 10-30-2009 10:21 AM

At my friends house, when I was just a little lass we would go into his barn and search for mice. He owned three cats so we would usually find the mice dieing or badly injured. We had a little basket that we would line with hay and we would nurse the mice back to health. I was always happy when I got to see them run back off into the barn after we saved them :D

I have 4 pet rats. Hanako, Pika, Polly, & Bobo. I loves them so much. Hanako's the cuddliest. Bobo is the circus dare devil. Polly likes to perch on shoulders. Pika is super duper shy. I loves them. :D
