Well I feel like there's always a danger in Halloween candy, but Halloween was so much different years ago. You could let your child run around in the road and trust that the neighbors would be watching them instead of molesting them. Same with poisening candy.

Now a days I think Halloween can be scary, but I've never heard of anywhere near me about an attack on a child with candy. /shrug Just never hear it hear. Plus, there's ways you can scan the candy if you sense danger.
