Yes at one point I would love to have children, I am an only child so two or three would be ideal for me. Though I am still really young just now so wouldn't really want to have a child until I was 20-25.

I am not wanting to have kids, because I just don't know if i can handle pregnancy. I'm turning 19 soon and I'm not saying i'm thinking of having kids yet. Although my answer to you is that I love kids, but I don't want to HAVE them. Like I said, I don't know if I could handle pregnancy very well.

But if so happens that I get happily married in my late 20s or so, then I might reconsider. But ya know...adoption sounds much better. It makes them happier than how I'll be when pregnant. Lol

Although, if I ever have a daughter, I'd name her Skye. ...sorry random side note..xD

Yeah, I think so too. I'm also 19, maybe when i'm 20-25?(that seems to be what everyone said) but, I am in a relationship, though. :)

Well I'm 22 and about to graduate from college. Maybe start a career. I've been told 25 is the perfect age to have kids. My husband REALLY wants kids, but now I'm thinking about grad school, studying abroad (Again). I always thought I'd have kids by 25, but now I'm rethinking it. But I know I want to have kids before 30.... oh the confusion XD. Well anyways. If all these things weren't confusing me I would want 4 kids and start having them around age 25. So for now I have 5 "children" a guinea pig" Piggy" 4yrs, a dog "Ryu" 2 1/2, a cat "Teamo"1 3/4, a dog "Missy"1 and a kitten "Percy" 4 months. Well they're not keeping me from continuing school but they are a crap on my travel plans. XD But I love them anyways.

Yes I do want kids. I'm having one right now. I just found out about two weeks ago. I went into the hospital thinking that I had the h1n1 flu. Then they came into my room and told me I was pregnant! I said HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!??!?!? They gave me a look like "Really? We thinking you know how that happened" I was mostly shocked because I had gotten my depo shot about two months before hand. So I think that maybe it didn't affect me right or... who knows! Anyways I was nine weeks pregnant then and now I'm eleven weeks pregnant.

I really only want this one. My... well my, he's my best friend. Or like a friend with benefits... He wants two or three, but not with me. So I'm not sure how we're going to work this out. If anything I'm just going to have him give up his parental rights so he doesn't have to interact with the child. Which really sucks, because I know he would be a good dad but, oh well right? lol....

Before I got pregnant I wanted to wait until I was at least 25-30 before I had my first child. I guess it's a good thing that I got pregnant now because I realized just how bad I was taking care of myself. It made me open my eyes and realize if I really want to be around for a long time... and I do, I need to take good care of myself!

I used to want kids. But as I aged, I grew out of it. There's also a history of my family getting diseases. My dad has a disease. It passed me but if I have a kid, the child would get it. [Don't really want to mention was my dad has. Its really depressing.]

I have many more reasons too. I don't like to take care of things for a long time. I'll take care of a cat or a dog, but not a human. Too lazy and I have other things to do. I hate sex, so that prevents it as well. xD I cant stay with a man for more than three month's. My hips are too narrow so if I have a kid, I'll die. And what tops it off the most, is that I'm infertile. So...I'm a no kid person. xD

I definitely want kids. Ive been taking care of kids since i was 10 and i love it. When my mom had my brother me and my sister had to help take care of him and i realized how good i was with them at that young age but i knew i didnt want one right then lol i could just babysit. Then when my cousin had her first child she came to wv for us to see her and i didn't want to put her down lol the grandma even had to struggle to get her away from me. She eventually took her first steps to me. That made me feel great. Then we moved to tx where i am now and my cousin had 2 more kids. I ended up being her babysitter most of the time and the kids love me as much as i love them. A couple of years later i met my now fiancee and he has kids. I love them 2 death. They call me miss dezz and there getting so big. So yea ive been around kids and helped take care of them since 10 and i always knew i wanted them one day. As of right now me and my fiancee are gonna wait til finances are in order before we decide to try and get pregnant but i do know that we both want kids one day. Im excited. The only thing im scared of is actually going into labor. I dont handle pain very well at all. My sister had a baby in july but he didn't make it and she said the pain was horrible and she can handle pain a little better than me. So aahhhhh im scared but i know it will be worth it in the end to hold my baby for the first time. We already have names picked out lol :)

I want about 3-4 kids, cause who wouldn't want to have mini versions of yourselves.
now, when I have children would be, when i'm like 25 or 27.

I want twins (boy and girl, forgot what it's called...fraternal?) and name the boy Len and the girl Rin.........Even if they're not twins I'll still name them Len and Rin.....

I want one child, it isn't an environmentally good idea to have more than two at this point on earth, the fewer the better, but I still want one.

Well at this point I have no choice, I have one child that is mine, she was born when I was 23, best thing to happen to me. I also am helping to raise my nephew, who is four and born when my sister was 19 and my neice who will be two in a month, my nephew's half sister. So you could say I have basically three kids.lol since we all live together. At any rate I always said I'd never have any and here I am. If I had it to do over again I'd try to wait 'til I was a bit older and had my life a bit more together. No one's ever really READY to be a parent (no matter what you THINK you know you are NEVER ready. Read all the books, take the classes, help others with their kids, it is NOT the same as having your own) however I would've waited until I was at least financial more secure. As in, having a job that pays over minimum wage. Though I'm getting it together. School starts in January for me!

I love little girls. They're so cute. And I would totally dress her up all pretty.

I don't know what I'd do if I had a boy. i can't stand little boys. Anytime I'm around them, I want to immediately throw it off a cliff and into the ocean where it gets eaten by ravenous sharks. That's how much they piss me off.

I can't wait to have children. I'd like to have two. :) I'd be hoping for twin boys though. I've already got the names picked out.

I had my daughter when I was 20 and I'll be 22 this month. She's so awesome. I never wanted kids before, but now I really don't understand why.

I do want kids, but...er.. not any time soon (im only 16). I have always loved kids, it's just that I hate the part when they grow up. As far as I can tell from my parents having kids grow up on you sucks.:headdesk:

I don't want kids. If I want to spend time with children, I'll babysit. If I want kids, I'll get cats.
Mostly, I just don't want the responsibility. By having a child, one is giving up practically the rest of their life to take care of it.
Besides, children are meant to be something you leave behind when you die, and I already have something like that, because I'm writing books that I intend to publish.

I'm 20, and I think it's pretty crazy that I'm now at the age where my friends are starting to get engaged or start thinking about having kids soon.

But I want to be married first, and know that I have support from a husband before I start having children. I also want to be out of college and since my degree will take 8-10 years to get, I'm guessing I won't have my first child before I'm 27 or 28. Which has made a lot of people worry about me. I've been told that because I'm going to wait until that age, my children have a higher chance of being retarded. ... I believe the age of worry is 40-45, but I know A LOT of woman who had healthy children in their 40s and 50s and even in their 60s! I think waiting until I'm a little younger than 30 will be fine. :roll:

God, I'm not a parent material at all, so no, no kids for me ever. I can't stand them, just looking at them makes my blood boil. :)

I can't wait to have children! I want one boy and one girl. The boy we would name Trevor Joseph and the girl Elisabeth Jane. I want to have kids in like three years. To give me time to have settled down and got through the majority of college. I'm really excited to have them since I spent my time growing up having to take care of my brothers and sisters who are all younger then me.

i don't know about actually having kids... but i would LOVE to adopt! I'm a huge adoption advocate and I plan to adopt at least 2 or 3 kids :D and prolly adopt lots of animals too.... yay adoption!
