My kitty does lots of silly things. She randomly hisses at nothing. And she tells me when it's time for bed. XD She gets angry if I stay up too late. She'll pace around the house and meow at me until I go to bed. It's kind of annoying but really cute so that makes up for it. XD

Strange things? Dude.. all my animals are nuts. And confused. xD

Let's start off with my cat. She's about 2 years old this January and she's a snowshoe. For those who don't know what a Snowshoe is.. It's a crossbreed of a Siamese and American Shorthair. So they look a lot like Siamese down to their blue eyes but then they have imperfections of white one their feet/legs and sometimes nose.

Now, being Siamese should explain enough as we've all heard they're a little wacky. We've raised her since she was 4 weeks old and abandoned by her mommy. And she hasn't grown up. Just, no schedule to it, but randomly she will go NUTS. Darting up and down the house, gallopping like a horse on the hardwood floors, jumping four feet over the dog, scratching furniture. And she's allowed to go outside so.. we don't know what is is other than the hamster in her skull falling off the wheel. XD
But she is a sweet heart. She has one of those fishing rod toys and whenever I'm not home she'll grab it and walk around the house meowing loudly while dragging it as she looks for me.
She also charges the door when someone comes to our house.

Then there's the dog... um... he's a baby. And he and the cat get along great.. they wrestle ALL the time.
Mind you he's smaller than her because he's a japanese chin, about 6 years old.

Sometimes I think I'm in a madhouse....

My baby, calvin fingers montegue, is a cat. He sings into his water bowl before he drinks. The longest he's done it is for about thirty minutes. Usually, he stops when we go into the kitchen with him. But not always.

My dog HAS to walk round an dround in circles on her pillow/cushion before she'll lay down. I'm not talking about 2 or 3 circles, oh no, lol, I am talking about 5-10 circles...She also plays "peek-a-boo". I found that out when I tried to play it with a baby and instead my dog responded, haha. We got the dog from a shelter, so she must have learned it before we had her, but it's cute.

I have two germanshepards, Basko and Kasha. Kasha is the female. She's big, pushy and jealous, but most of all, she's fat. She'll eat allll of Basko's food after she finishes hers.
And yet somehow, she manages to squeeze herself through the tiniest places. Like the rungs of the back porch (that is 7 feet off the ground), or through the 10X12 inch hole in the fence.
I watched her perform this trick of hers once and it looked a lot like pulling a big fat pillow through a kitty door.

I have a cat that's completely un-catlike.

She loves being under things, first off. You can lay a trap for her and she'll always fall for it too. Just leave a blanket on the floor with an opening for her to get in, and she'll always go under it. She'll go under boxes too. She'll also open the kitchen cabinets and hide inside them.

Speaking of boxes, she loves cardboard. She'll rub her face against cardboard for around 10 minutes and not be bored. She also likes to scratch the crap out of it, and when she's done scratching she likes to nom on the pieces that fall off. If she sees a piece on the floor she'll pounce on it.

She's also fascinated with tape. If there's a piece on the floor she'll paw at it until it invariably gets stuck to her foot, where she'll spend the next 5 minutes freaking out until she can get it off.

My cats act more like dogs than cats. They drink from the toliet, love to go out on the leash for walks and such and they love playing fetch. My one cat also likes to climb the woodwork and sit at the top of the door just looking at you. Two of my cats can open the doors inside of the house (to the bedrooms and bathroom) as long as they aren't locked. When I had my bunkbed (traded in for a futon) my one cat loved to open my bedroom and climb the ladder on this side(which was straight up and down) and sleep on my top bunk. I didn't use the top bunk but I left all my stuffed animals up there and he would climb up and curl himself up in the stuffed animals and sleep there.
I also had a bird once that for some reason, when he was in his cage, he liked to hang upsidedown on one of his perches, and he would stay like that for hours...

I have a cat that likes to jump and try to climb up my door frame of my bedroom. He does this almost everyday, and its always after he wakes up from sleeping somewhere. He also loves to run around between under my computer desk and where my tv is located. Its because he's trying to find a good way to get to and play with my curtains because I have stuff set up that blocks his access to them. I love watching him as he does this because its just so fun to watch.

No matter what mood I'm in my cat can almost always cheer me up.

Never had pets myself but my friends and cousins have.
My friends fish died when it excreted it's guts....yeah that's right. We didn't know how it happened.

And my cousin's old dog use to bark and scratch at the TV when we watch Robot Chicken. You know at the end where the chicken sings the ending theme.

My dog has a few strange habits :P

when she wants you to pet her but your not paying attention to her like just watching tv or reading a book she pushes her head down on you and starts to growl, I had to test it one day to see how long she would do it and its funny because she will sit there and do that untill you pet her or she finally gets distracted by something else, i cant help but let her sit there and get frustrated and growl its too cute :D

Another thing she does is she will walk back and forth from the food bowl to whichever room im in to let me know she is hungry, after i fill up the bowl she grabs some out and walks away from the bowl and eats it, then repeats the process

and then when its finally bed time she must not know were she wants to sleep because she will get on the bed then jump to the floor a few times then finally settles on the floor but through the rest of the night she does it a couple more times and ends up on the bed in the morning

i love my dog shes a silly little girl

My cat eats the food out of his bowl with his paws, kind of like a person.

My brother's cat Rosie climbs on the roof and goes to his window in order to get in. Then, once inside, she tries to be an escape artist, finding interesting ways to try and get back outside. Since she usually fails to get out, soon after her getting inside, we find her at the back door, meowing to get back outside. Fickle animal :P

Then, my sister's cat Emma can't stand the sound of whistling. When she was younger, if she heard someone whistling, she would come running, climb up on them and stop up their lips with her nose! =3

And my cat (who sadly died a few years ago... she was old), Krispies (yes, I know, strange name) used to drag laundry around the house in her mouth, dragging it between her legs so that she moved very slowly, all the while meowing low, muffled meows. We've had some crazy pets. :P Must be our family.

We used to have a min-pin that would spin around in circles every time he would get under the covers. We named him Taz because of that. lol

He would also sing, that was cute. We ended up giving him to our neighbor because she fell in love with him, and he liked her too. It was for the best.

I have one cat that climbs door frames and doors in general, another cat who eats anything, chirps at you and loves belly rubs, one cat who thinks he's a dog and is very good at fetching and another cat who's sign of affection is to bash her head against yours...repeatedly
