My favorite kind of sushi is the eel sushi. Oonagi <3 Oh man, I get it EVERY time i go to this japanese restaurant in town. I love it. So good. <3<3 And as for expensive, I don't know but it's actually pushed me into trying to make it at home. Cheaper and I can put what ever I want into it. But it is kinda difficult. :( Lots of practice. Ugh. Mine STILL falls apart. But it's so good. D: I wish it weren't so expensive. Arrghhh.

Hmm... tough one. I do generally prefer Fusion Sushi (sushi made also using foods and flavours from other cultures, like California Rolls) though.

Probably salmon-skin roll, tamago-maki and rainbow roll.

Mostly because it's very time-consuming to make, I guess. Especially if you have to make lots of different kinds.

Yep! The husby and I make sushi together all the time.
It's easy to make if you don't mind it falling apart and looking like crap! :lol:
It's difficult to make it looking perfect, but it'll still taste good. I always get the rice-filling ratio wrong.
You'll find it much easier with proper equipment, like a rolling mat and a press.

Spider rolls and cucumber rolls are my favorite. :D Fried soft-shell crab = :heart:

I loooove sushi, i cant get enough of it. i used to be against the idea of eating raw fish about 6 years ago, a friend convinced me to try it and ever since i have been addicted, i dont rlike alot of the cooked rolls although some of them are very good, i love the taste of raw.

whenever i can afford it i get it.

My favorites are salmon and tuna nigiri, scallops, rainbow rolls, ninja rolls, san fransisco rolls, and vegas rolls

sushi is pretty pricey werei live. at least it is compared to the places i used to live...

$5-6.50 for nigiri
$8-10 for the basic rolls
$12-14 for specialty rolls
$25 for all you can eat

I have never tried to make sushi at home i have been tempted to but still havent tried it would probably be much cheaper :3

Raw fish is the best!
My favorite is Salmon and Tuna.
My family thinks it's pretty weird for me to like raw fish so much, since none of my cousins like it. I ate my first raw fish sushi when I was 11 and I loved it ever since. I remember that they were getting worried if i was going to get sick but I just kept downing the sushi until they told me to stop before I ate it all. :lol:
