Looking for some food ideas that are dairy free.
My doctor wants me to eat a low diary diet and a high produce diet. i don't really eat veggies unless its carrots or somehow mixed into food like tomato sauce and pasta.

Usually in every grocery store there is a separate healthy freaks section. I'm sure you can find stuff in there. Although that section is usually much more expensive..

Do soya/rice milk still count as dairy? o.O
Hmmm... there has to be a lactose free food range or products in the supermarket, or I guess vegan stuff perhaps, because that wouldn't have milk/cheese in it.

Soy/rice/almond milk and other variations. Omit cheese from your typical dishes; try cooking veggies in different sauces and different ways to change the flavor and make them delicious.

I used to hate most vegetables until I became vegetarian- then I started trying all sorts of nw dishes and fell in love! I've never been happier with my diet.

Well...junk food is usually the best food for non-dairy, savoury junk food, though thats not really a meal. You could always try fish? Or stir fry?

Tofu?
It's high in protein, and I don't believe it's dairy.

A lot of stores now have a "nutrition" section or isle. You should check there. There are some stores that even specialize in all healthy foods, though I cannot name any of them. I'm sure you can look them up online or something.
As for specific nondairy foods, I don't really know. Try something with soy? o.O?
