What is it to be a human? I know a lot of you have reached out to being like animals and some even like mythical creatures. But honestly I've felt like an alien on my own planet. I have often found myself looking in at at life surrounding me, studying it, recording it, and taking mental notes. I have often caught myself just studying people and their habits and just learning from my surroundings. However this is also a normal 'human' thing to do according to psychology. Humans typically take measures of the environment around them including the others around them. It's instinctual. Yet in my younger years it was nice to believe in a fantasy such as being an alien than coming to reality that I just felt left out. Another psychological reaction. To make up a facade to hide the reality of our situations. But to answer your question, yes I have felt as if I wasn't 'human'. But don't we all?
