okay so i got this stero system for my 17th birthday about 10 years ago. i blast the thing whenever i'm cleaning because it maxes out on 30 and you can hear it anywhere in the house you go. well apparently i have the base too high because one of the speakers just hit the floor quite a good distance from where the speaker was sitting. i can only guess that it vibrated off the desk *this is a 3 foot drop btw* XD and it STILL WORKS!!!

i swear to god, only SONY could survive a drop like that.

XD i litterally hugged my speaker and told it i loved it.

I got a PSP last year, and it's been through a lot.
I mean, LOADS.

Like my friend dropped it in a pool of spilled vodka.
I've sat on it at least ten times.
And it's been eaten by my dog.

And it still works like new.

I dropped my PSP three feet once and it had a hissy fit for the next three hours. D:

And I don't have such great luck with my stereo, either. It's on my dresser, so whenever I fuss around with the drawers when it's playing a CD, it skips. And the remote's connector things that touch the battery are starting to disintegrate. I gave it new batteries just a few week ago and they're not making any difference.

I just don't seem to have great luck with music playing devices. ;-;

I have the first gen psp and its working great after Ive acidentally dropped it about 5 or more times xD I love it. sonys stuff seems to be pretty durable =P

coccyx: yeah, things with batteries like to die quickly. it may just be time for a new/better ne. the one i have is a plug in 5 disk changer with wire attatched speakers. but the psp still works right? :D

I loooove Sony. It's why it's hard for me to make the switch to an xbox.
Like, all my friends have an xbox, but I grew up on Sony, so I can't just drop it, ya know?

Ive dropped my psp numerous times.. it once took a trip into my toilet.. and LIVED! :ninja: it was angry at me though it refused to turn on the first time. =3
