I can't help but fall asleep in cars -- I find it very relaxing, like swinging in a hammock...

Well it always depends on what seat I'm in. Shotgun--no problem, backseat--get me some advil.
There are a few times when I sit there and I'm like "I'm really tired, haven't slept for days, but I just can't sleep right now." It's really irritating of course. When I was a kid I didn't even know I was in the car, I just thought that I was randomly brought to a car to sit for a few seconds and then wake up somewhere else (It was an interesting phase in which I thought cars were teleporters) As I got older and a few siblings were brought into the family, sleeping in the car is more like a skill than it is 'can I fall asleep'

It's one of my favorite places to sleep. When I had chronic insomnia, it was the only thing guaranteed to put me to sleep within a few minutes. <3

I like sleeping in the car, maybe more so than my own bed. I'll even nap when it's just a short, 15-minute drive. Sometimes I can't get comfortable, but usually I can.

Whenever I'm in a car or any type of vehicle, I choose not to sleep. I like to be aware of where I am and what's going on around me while in a car. I probably could sleep, though, considering I can go to sleep with my bed vibrating, a TV in the other room blasting and my alarm clock even going off sometimes. So yeah, I think I could.

I can confidently claim I could sleep inside the plane or inside ship/ferry/cruiser. I have been experimenting quite so many times
as for bus or car or any transport vehicles that travel through road, I would not cofidetly say yes. It depends on the quality of the road, the traffic jam, the ability of the driver in driving, the safety risk as well as space to sleep. There is no way I could fall asleep while I choose to travel with motorbike, right? The level of the safety will greatly in danger :XD I also would not fall asleep if the road is not smooth. Everytime the vehicle bumps i would feel uncomfy.
At least you get the pict of it

yes and no, falling asleep is easy but actually staying that way not. So it's like a seesaw of awake and asleep.

I can sleep in a moving car.
But I can't really sleep in a moving plane, it's too loud for me to be able to sleep, or I would just close my eyes, but I would never actually be able to fall asleep! >___<;;

Heck yes. The question for me is can I ever stay awake in a moving vehicle? If no one's talking to me and there's nothing interesting on the radio, I'm out. Even if there's someone talking to me and something interesting on the radio, I'm still out. Given enough time in a car, train, or airplane, I will fall asleep. I've gotten better with trains since I can easily miss my stop and it's not that safe to sleep if I'm alone. Cars are pretty bad unless I'm driving with people I don't know well--I tend to stay up then. ...But if they all sleep too, I'm out. Airplanes are the worst for me. I can hardly keep myself conscious for the safety video/speech thing, which is sad because I love looking out the window for take off and landing. I'm so conflicted on airplanes. To sleep or stare?

If it's been a long, tiring day or if I lack sleep that day or so, I've been known to sleep in a car using the seat belt as a pillow. Otherwise I'd ratehr not sleep in a car or other form of transportation. Especially when on a bus... I hate dozing off there... It's kind of embarrassing unless I'm sleeping on my boyfriend's shoulder. :P
