We are literally in a snow tornado warning.
Ha ha ha.
Not, not really, but we're told we won't be able to keep up with the snowfall so we shouldn't even bother going outside.

We have just completed a conference call with the National Weather Service regarding the anticipated winter weather that begins tomorrow. Here are the highlights:

A winter storm warning has been issued for Wayne county from 7 a.m. Thursday to 1 p.m. Friday. This is not a lake effect storm, this is a winter storm. Temperatures will hover in the low 30’s. This will make the weight of the snow quite heavy. The wind direction will be from the Northeast – at least to begin with, so you may see snowdrifts from directions that you are not used to.

Wayne County will probably see 12 to 14 inches of snow over 2 to 3 days.

On Thursday morning, snow will begin lightly, with about 2 inches anticipated by 1:00 p.m. This light snow will become steadier through the afternoon until about 4:00 when snowfall will become heavier. The wind will pick up Thursday afternoon, peaking about 8:00 p.m., and remaining at 22 mph, gusting to 30 until 2:00 a.m. Friday.

Expect to see the heaviest snowfall Thursday night. Thursday night snowfall will be at 1 to 2 inches an hour compounded with wind gusts will be greater than 30 miles an hour at times.

The Thursday evening commute home will be difficult, as may the Friday drive into work.

This will be heavy snow. It will be difficult to shovel and plow. There is the potential for downed tree limbs and power lines.

The snowfall may lighten up on Friday afternoon, but there will be additional snow Friday night the back side of the storm system will pass through, and snowfall will increase on Friday Night with strong winds gusting over 30 mph on Friday night through Saturday.

I'm in Southern California. The weather doesn't usually make sense. It's been raining frequently lately. There were lots of floods and storms. Then it was just sunny for a couple weeks. It started raining again recently. Now it is just sprinkling every now and then. The raindrops were really big yesterday though.

I'm in Michigan... I just dug my car out of the snow this morning, and it's already covered again!

It's a beautiful day today in south Mississippi. We have mostly clear skies with slightly warm temperatures. I love it.

It's raining like crazy here right now.

The weather can't make up its mind. One day it rains, the next it's sunny and then the following day is raining.

Rinse and repeat.

Eastern US. It's cold. and snowy.

It was boiling hot just yesterday, and today it's cold and supposed to rain. I guess its not THAT cold. Its like 25 degrees, Not sure what that is in Calcious... celsius... Well C*

It's raining a little, but at least it's the weekend, I don't have to worry about trudging through water to my classes.

Its getting warm here, up to 23 F already! We have a lot of snow on the ground, but its been melting pretty steadily all week.
oh, I'm in Minnesota.

Ugh, here in the west coast there've been really big gusts of wind.... Too much rain....
I thought California was suppposed to be SUNNY?!?!?
And just a few weeks ago we had three thunderstorms in a row. You wow me, sunny California.
The huge oak tree from the house next door got blown over and completely CRUSHED the house. I feel bad for those people.

Right now I'm considering moving to Canada.... D:

It can't decide in Nevada if it wants to rain or shine. Lately it will start to rain, then by the end of the day, perfectly sunny.
