I've found that over the last few months, I haven't been dreaming at all.
Does anyone know why this happens?

Undoubtedly you're still dreaming - just not having any that your mind finds worth "keeping." The only cases of complete loss of dreams on record are in patients who have suffered brain injury. Odds are you're just forgetting them when you wake up.
It's not uncommon to forget your dreams. It can be normal, but if it's something you're not used to, it could be an early sign that your sleep pattern has been disrupted. Is your bed comfortable? Do you wake up sore, or tired?
Keep an eye on this for a little while. If everything is okay, then...well, perhaps you're just having a block of boring, unremarkable dreams. It happens.

Amani is right, you're probably just having some boring dreams and forgetting about them.
On the other hand, if you continue to have that problem and you experience tiredness earlier than you normally would or you just don't feel well rested, you're probably not getting enough REM sleep. That's when most of your dreams occur, and when your body is most able to rest and repair itself. As Amani said, if it persists for any length of time and you have symptoms like those that she listed, or tired/weariness more than normal, then you should probably have it seen about.
More than likely it's just a normal occurence, though.

I'd say that normal isn't it? It happens to me anyway. I get very innactive periods of sleep, dotted with a month or so where i have dreams on a regular basis.
You'd still be dreaming though, just not remembering them.

Yeah, it's normal not to remember your dreams for extended periods of time. It's a little disappointing I know, I personally love it when I have dreams.
Something that actually helps you remember your dreams better is writing them down when you have them. It causes your brain to constantly think back on what your dreams were and so you start remembering things you wouldn't normally about you dreams.

i have no idea what causes it (if anything), but it happens to me a lot too.
i have stages of having really vivid dreams that usually have a unifying theme, and then a few weeks of nothing.
- shrug -
i just accept it.
i actually quite like not dreaming, since my dreams are often disturbing and stop me from sleeping properly. (:

Do you have a big crush? That might be doing it. Your mind forgets the so called things that you dream about that would be shameful. Example would be high end erotic dreams. You might be stressed out too.

Maybe you're in such a deep sleep, it only seems like you're not dreaming. Or like others have said, your brain thinks the dreams weren't worth remembering.

You are dreaming every single night. You remember some dreams because you woke up during REM sleep, the dream stage of sleep. The nights you don't remember your dreams is because you woke up in a stage other than REM sleep. They covered this in my Psychology class in high school.

There are a lot of reasons for something like this...
One... you just don't remember...
Two... your dreams are shorter due to more physical repair than mental repair (been causing extra physical strain?), as you do not dream during deep sleep. rem sleep is the mental restoration where brain is active, deep sleep causes the brain to be much less active.
Lastly... you could possibly like someone said above, be having sleeping troubles. Is there anything that started about that time that has caused you to go "Out of balance" from routine or anything? Extra stress or such things can cause some people not to dream... at least for me I generally don't dream when I'm stressed.
Do you happen to be waking up at night at all? As your rem sleep may be getting broken due to it being a state of light sleep.

Thanks people. It could be any of that. I know I don't get enough sleep, but I can't get myself to sleep -.- Meaning I'm almost constantly tired. If this keeps up I'm going back to the doctor.
