No, daddy long legs do not have fangs, do not have venom, and are not "poisonous". (Something is poisonous if there are negative consequences of ingesting it, something is venomous or toxic if there are bad things that happen if you get bitten or stung and the venom is injected into you. That's the first clue that the statement on daddy long legs is false - the language is incorrect.)
