So I logged on gaia to give away some items to a very close friend to keep (as I left and they wanted a few) I sent the items and within minutes of logging on... the site starts glitching. I don't know why but this happens all the time...

Does anyone else ever have that happen? On a site? Daily life? Maybe a vending machine that works for everyone but you?

Not sure if this counts for the topic but it does have to do with bad luck.I read the vending machine part and it made me think of this one time.
Me and my sister were running around doing errands and what not. It had just been a bad day and I can't remember everything that happened. Just that when we were at the city bus station waiting for a bus. We had a few minutes so we decided to get something out of the vending machine. Only the bag of chips got struck.
And that was the only change we had. And wealmost cried cause we didn't get the chips. XP

No, but then again Gaia's been doing a lot of updating lately.
I was hacked a few months ago, luckily I got all of my stuff back though.

My locker at the beginning of the school year this year (I'm in High School :( ), no matter what I would try, it would not open. I usually had to have a teacher or another student help me. Until one day one of the people in my art class, told me that you have to put the lock thing on zero, then push in on your locker and do your combination, it worked and I've been able to get it every time since then.

This stuff happens to me all the time. Like once, I sat down to watch television, and it started glitching and freezing. I leave, my brother then sits down to watch it, and it works. I come back a bit later and it freezes again. Lol.

When I was in sixth grade, we did this thing called "Kindergarten Buddies" where we each got a kindergartener to play with and color with and do projects with. Unfortunately, my kindergarten buddy would only sit in a corner every time I was with her and rip up everything the teacher gave us to do together. She wouldn't speak a word to me either. It was so frustrating. I was always nice to her and complimenting her and trying to help her to get her to open up to me.

Finally, my friend, Kim came over and decided to help me to get her to do the project. I thought she was just a cranky child, but instead the child started doing it immediately. And Kim said,"Your kindergarten buddy is so sweet. I don't know why you have any problems with her."

So then Kim left and my kindergarten buddy immediately proceeded to rip up the assignment again. I asked her why she did that and she finally spoke to me saying,"Because I hate you." I asked her if she hated Kim and she said,"No. I don't hate anyone else in this room. I only hate you."

I would understand her hating me if I bullied her or mistreated her or something, but I had always been nice and when I told other people about it, they didn't believe me because she was really sweet with them. The only person who believed me was her sister, who told me,"My sister talks about how much she hates you all the time." I asked her why her sister hates me and she said that it was because her sister hated my face. (Great reason.)

If I had gotten ANY OTHER kindergarten buddy besides that girl, it probably wouldn't have been a problem. Also, if she had been paired with anyone else, she would have been happy. I know she's not a machine, but she hated everyone except for me and that's the first thing I thought of when I thought of a time when I was singled out like that. And it was really bad luck that we got placed with one another as partners in the first place at all.

hmmm. yeah, lots of facebook applications have glitches, but it don't really bother me. it's all good. :3 well, as long as you didn't lose any items in gaia, that should be all good too.

I have very bad luck with any time of machine that takes money.
It usually ends up eating my money several times before it gives me what I wanted.
I even had this happen to me in different countries - and its not just vending machines.
Just last month I went to Atlantic City with some friends. I wanted to get change for a 20 and the machine just gave me a slip that stated there was an error. I had to wait for 20 minutes for a cashier to give me that 20 back. Seriously? That machine was just working a minute ago!

I once knew a vending machine in high school that loved me. Seriously. If I put in a dollar and ordered a Cherry Coke (my favorite anyway), it would often give me two. Once, it took my money and didn't give me my soda, so I kicked it right above the change dispenser with my heel. I got two Cokes, and about $4.00 in loose change. Almost as if it was apologizing to me. Anyone else who tried this just got their money eaten.
