My friend and I are starting up our own YouTube Channel, featuring ourselves competing against one another to sing songs, challenging each other to sing songs, doing random things like ranting or messing around, and giving romantic/general life advice.
So, if you could set up a YouTube Channel and post whatever you wanted in it, what would you do? How would you pull it off?

I've posted a few videos before. Short little (very poor quality) humorous animations. They did quite a bit better than I expected them to. But then I lost interest in continuing the series I was doing. Were I to try again, I'd probably do some live-action comedy videos. I don't know that I have the courage to post something as personal as myself singing or something. Youtube commenters can be way too mean.

My friend and I have made the channel, but we haven't put anything up just yet. We're making a few videos first, and we're also having trouble getting together to make an introduction video, since it feels kinda like the first video we should be together. We might end up doing separate web-cam intros and just going from there, but for now the preference is to make the intro vid together. Once we have that, we'll put up the videos. :3

My channel would probably consist of me singing songs and such. Or that I would treat it like a blog, and just talk about whatever happened during my day.

I wouldn't post on Youtube, I would be too embarrassed. I don't really like being the center of attention.

Weeeellllll......... no youtube channel yet, but my friend and i have made our own little group for anime convention masquerade competitions. We're calling ourselves "Cosplay Cabaret" and our first entry will be "Won't You Be My Uke" (The Defiling Mr. Rodgers Project) at Bishie Con in St. Louis. We want them all to be filmed as well as possible, this and our future endeavors. So yes, once we get some filmed stuff, we'll be posting a youtube channel, look for it in 2011, and be amazed. And maybe frightened... lol

I have a channel, and tried doing a Let's Play once. Then I remembered there are enough people doing them, and I hate the sound of my own voice, so I'm not so well suited for something that's voiceover intensive.

I made a video with my best friend before and posted it onto youtube. We went to take a hike on top of a mountain. And along the way we found a tire and brought it to the top, and rolled it all the way down 8D

I have a channel, but nothing actually up. Kind of too self conscious to just throw myself up on the internet like that. 0.0 And I have nothing to really talk about on a webcam without sounding retarded...sooo I think eventually I'll use it to post up projects. It'll probably become an official animation channel or something.

That's all really cool, though!!
I can understand it being embaressing though, especially if you're doing something like singing or voice acting. But I think part of the fun is deciding that you don't care what others think, so long as you're enjoying yourself :3
