Currently my family has a cocker spaniel named Sammi, who has never quite grown up despite being almost nine years old. She's smart when she wants to be, but mostly she's just a hilarious ditzy blonde. XD

I am such a dog person; I can't imagine life without at least one canine in my house. Or, well, I can imagine it, because there have been periods between dogs, but I haaaated it. The house is just so empty without a four-legged friend pushing her way into everything! ^.^ I like lots of breeds, from little longhaired chihuahuas and pomeranians, to big huskies and golden retrievers, and plenty in-between.

my favorite breed is the Bernese Mountain Dog, I used to have two of them and they were my childhood dogs. Right now though my dogs are a Rottweiler and an Australian shepherd we adopted. My rotty is a total sweetheart and is actually a bit of a wuss, and my Aussie thinks he's a lap dog and tries to sit in the recliner with me!

I do not have a dog, but my favorite breed is the British Mastiff.

I would give anything to have a pure bred wolf. They are rare and I'm not sure if its legal to have one in Tennessee, but I'd like one. Otherwise, I'd make due with a half breed husky wolf. As long as it has deep blue eyes to match my own.

When I was younger my mom had a chihuahua named Midget when I was younger but it never liked me much. It was an older dog and I was a wound up little kid--not a very good combination.

My dad has a dark brown cocker spaniel named Kenshin at the moment. He has epileptic spells from time to time but he's a good dog.

I'm staying with my fiance at the moment and his family has a beagle. I'm really not a fan of the dog. Rusty sleeps all day and sheds his fur all over the place. He begs like crazy, barks when left alone, and he ate the homemade cookies my mom mailed to me the other day. T_ T

I went to a party last weekend and met this really wonderful dog. It was a mini pointer named Jasmine. She was so small and sleek... The moment I sat down she came over and sat in my lap to be petted. She was really such a sweet dog that I wanted to take her home with me. >.>

In general though I much prefer cats and doubt that I'll ever have a dog once I get a place of my own...

I love dogs, they're very cute. I have two dachshunds, I love them a lot; they really do mean a lot to me.

Right now i have a eight month old Lab poodle mix. Shes such a dope but I love her to bits and she loves me, and every one else she meets, just as much.
When im able to id love to have a Great Dane. I love dogs and the bigger the better, ive known quite a few Great Danes and ive fallen in love with them all. Their like huge goofy lap dogs.
Id also love to adopt a greyhound, a bulldog (if they ever become less expensive), or a french bulldog.

I have a cute miniature red tri Australian Shepherd! And she's way to smart for her own good! XD although she's getting older and starting to slow down T-T

Oh, that is an easy one.

Great Danes are amazing animals. I have one myself and she is beautiful. They are loving and gentle, even with their size.

Of course that isn't their only color, I just think that they are gorgeous.

I never really had a favorite breed of dog, I liked them all for a long time.

I don't own one, but I plan to one day after I graduate and learn more about how to care for the breed.

I also really like the Spitz breed, I discovered them recently. The Finnish and the American Eskimo/Japanese Spitz are my favorite so far (shown below in order).

I don't much like dogs, but I have a Cavalier King Charles, he's pretty cute, and a Bitsa. (that's a mix of all sorts of breeds)

I currently have a wiener dog, and (if you count being Max's "mom-dad") then a sheltie mix (he's my boyfriend's dog)

I have ALWAYS wanted a black Pomeranian, though. A little princely lapdog for me, and my beau can have his big, manly dog. xD

Clair loves all dogs, but she she became a big pug supporter after her mother dropped a pug puppy into her arms as a surprise. :D

The story: Clair had always dreamt of having her very own dog. She begged, pleaded and cried for one for YEARS! Finally, her mother surprises her with a puppy. Now, Clair would not have chosen a pug in a million years, but after some many years of dreaming and praying for her own puppy, when a pug puppy was placed in her arms, Clair wasn't complaining over the breed. She was just so thrilled to finally have her very own puppy, she forgot all about breeds and what not.

Any kind of cattle dog coz they're real attached to their owners.

My dogs have wonderful and unique personalities.

My Blue Heeler is playful and a bit dumb sometimes, while my Red cattle dog is really like a mother to me and very protective and tolerant to my Blue Healer.

Finally! Someone else that loves Rottweilers! They are gorgeous dogs but they get such a bad rep, it isn't their fault!
I also have to sya that I love the Akita breed, they are beautiful dogs and one day I WILL own one!
I am also a big husky supporter, they are one of the most amazingly gorgeous dogs I have ever seen" I remember one taht I saw, it was a cross between a husky and another breed but it was so beautiful! It was white underneath and faded to a sort of grey colour and it had big blue eyes! Her name was Sasha if I remember right. A husky/wolf cross would be...unbelievably awesome!
I'm hoping to get a German Sheppard soon actually although most likely I'll get a lab, a retriever or a lab-retriever cross. I don't mind too much, the're really nice looking dogs but I'd prefer a German Sheppard...

@ Magician Girl Mirani: I have a good friend who has a Rottweiler. They are beautiful. Her dog is so silly and cute. She's got such a great personality. :3

I am definitely not a dog person... but if I were to get one, I'd want something big and fluffy, like a European Golden Retriever. :D
