I used to have a chihuahua. I really love Airedales, or the Jack Terrier. I would really love a rottweiler, but I they are too much work since training them is a must. I'd definitely settle for a lab. They are so bouncy and fun. |
My favoritew breed is a beagle. They are sooooooo cute. I love them.

One of the awesome things about huskies is that they don't bark! They'll "talk", but they're rarely ever noisy like other dogs. I used to laugh at Shinook because when he made a noise he'd sound just like Chewbacca :lol: Especially if he was grumbling at me because he wanted his belly scratching xD

I can say that I heard Shin bark once in 4 years of living in the same house as him, and that was when we were out in the garden. I'd brought the Jack Russell outside too (by picking his bed up and carrying it outside with him in it, looking at me like, "WTF are you doing, woman!") I put him down and Shin wanted him to get out of his bed and play, so he stood and barked at him about 5 times, I was shocked! lol.
I've looked at that Mischa on youtube now xD She isn't making what I think of as husky noises though. These are what I'm talking about!! Actually made me both laugh and cry a little bit watching that because that dog's behaviour is so very similar to Shinook's, I miss him :cry: |
I love Great Pyrenees and Dobermans. I think huskies are kind of a default for most people. They're gorgeous. u: I just detest small dogs.

Dobermans are nice dogs I'll admit. Some small dogs are okay but others...they're very annoying. My aunt has a West Highland Terrier and I swear it thinks it's a Doberman or a Rottweiler or something! Skye is definitely a big dog stuck in a small dog's body.

I've never had the pleasure of coming across a well-behaved small dog. They're always yapping or exceedingly stupid where they run into walls or something or other. Can't staaand them.

My dog's name is Mercedes, and she is a Jack Russell mix.
I wanted a Border Collie with all of my heart, but I saw Mercedes at the shelter and just had to bring her home. |
My favourite breed of dog is the dalmation. I think they are just so cute. I think that boy dalmations are the sweetest though, so if I ever got my own dog, like my very own choice of name and everything, I'd get a pet dalmation. It'd be a male and I'd get him from a puppy.
My dad has a pet dog though, Spanky, and he is a Collie/German Shephard mix. He is such a cutie. My uncle used to have one of the nicest dogs that you could ever imagine. She was a cross between a whippet and a golden labrador. She hardly ever barked and was the most sweet natured dog ever. Sadly she had to be put down this year. I don't have my own dog at the minute, but I think we'll be getting a beagle soon, a boy beagle, called Towzers. |
I don't have a specific breed that I like. I love all dogs but tend to lean more towards the larger breeds, because you can play with them and be more rough.
I grew up with a collie and a dog that was black lab with some wolf in his blood. The lab could have a freaking tree branch shredded across the porch in 5 minutes. I currently have a set of twins. They are half chocolate lab, half bloodhound. Very georgeous ladies they are! Have a lovely story, too ^_^ |
Awww!!!!!! A lab with wolf blood? That is SO cool! I'd love one of those!
And that's a good point since you can play a lot more with the big dogs and they're usually a lot nicer. |

Sora LOVES dalmatians! but still loves his dog (well more like sister since she belongs to my mom.) anyways, her name is LuLu (yes named after Final Fantasy X LuLu) and she is half pitbull/ half Dachshund! ^^
