Does anyone have an addiction to hair dye? Because I believe I'm forming one.

i'm pretty bad about changing my hair in general.
cutting, dying, rinsing.

it hasn't been my natural colour since i was 13, and it's been every colour of the rainbow + grey & white now. 8D;;

Wow! I find that so awesome! :D I've been doing a lot of weird different haircuts not to extreme but ever since I was 13 too haha it hasn't stayed one length or style and now I'm getting into hair dye. (: I find it fun haha. But dude, you're hair sounds amazing. I always wanted white hair, but I'm still afraid of bleaching haha.

luckily for me, my hair is naturally white blonde.
so i didn't have to bleach for more than five minutes on 25vol & tone to get this colour. (:

I love dying my hair... I love cutting it too.... Right now I'm on a long struggle to grow out my hair cause for a long while I've been spiking it... But I've done a lot of different colors, I think my fav would be magenta. ^_^

Oooh cool (: my hair is like a bright burgundy right now haha. And I'm trying to grow it out long again I used to have it really long but for the past few years it's been short haha :P

I've cut my hair short for just under half my life so I'm trying to experience longer hair in my adult life. hehe. So far I like black best, but black with purple highlights is something I really want to do. My hair is almost long enough to have a full pony tail. ^_^ I'm really tempted to do SOMETHING with it but I REALLY want to wait for it to grow out and actually have hair before I go cutting it again... I do that a lot.. I sabotage myself all the time like that. I think I'd get way more into my hair if it was longer and I could actually change it rather than just having a short spike all the time...

Haha yeah I understand. (: My hair has always been super long haha only recently have I been cutting it short but I haven't given it a chance to grow back and I miss it long. </3 Haha yeah I just recently started getting into the whole dying it and everything so it's definitely fun so far. (: I want to go to beauty school and do make up and hair because I enjoy it so much haha. I bet your hair is still really nice and pretty though. (x At least it sounds it to me haha.

It's only nice when I actually do it... :P

I have one. I haven't been my natural blonde since grade 8. I'm 2 yrs out of high school now, so thats 6/7 years... I used to just dye it red. And I mean I've been every shade of red hair dye companies come out with. (well say 6 years of hair dye every 2 months... thats a lot of dye)..

but the last two times I decided I wanted something different so my hair dresser dyed my hair black and put red streaks. I love it!

But really I'm addicted to hair dye. I just love the sent of ammonia, and I'm actually pissed that most home-dye kits dont contain it anymore. I seriously can tell the difference, and I don't like it. The ammonia made my hair seem a lot nicer than it does without it.

I like keeping my hair a nice shade of black. It's naturally a very dark brown so I just kinda give it a little nudge the rest of the way. :B

Ooooh nice I absolutely love red hair colors. I've only dyed mine like dark shades of red but I'm getting brighter reds each time I dye it haha I'm thinking of even just bleaching my hair then putting the red on it for a really vibrant red. (: Since I have dark brown hair haha. Btw your avi is cool. :P

Oooh that's nice (: I always wanted to dye mine a black indigo color but since my hair is a dark brown as well I wanted something not as dark haha. But I think one day I'll end up dying it black just because I'll end up wanting to try something different. (:

I think hair-dying is really cool. :D I wish I could use the boxed stuff, but it makes my hair really dry and brittle.

When I was in 8th grade I had my hair dyed a caramel color and then I got a boy cut and dyed it black. :XD That was fun, but not so much when I decided to go back to blonde! I had to get my hair bleached for hours and then it was orange for another half a year.

But recently, I've become pretty happy with my natural honey-blonde color. When I get the chance, I get some dark copper highlights which makes my hair kind of autumn-like. I'd love to continue doing that, but since I'm transferring to a college away from my parents, I don't want to spend a lot of money on that. :P

Omg yes I understand completely. That's why I'm kinda afraid to go to black because I know I'll get bored and want to go lighter and then I'll have to bleach it, and I'm afraid when I bleach it it'll completely destroy my hair lol. Ooh yeah I get what you mean it costs a lot to get it dyed. :l But your natural hair color sounds really nice so I don't think you need to dye it (:

Yeah, I like it now that it grew in a bit. Before I just shaved it down to the skin and went bald. It actually helped boost my confidence, as weird as that sounds. I also figured that it's only hair and it'll grow back if I did not like it. XD I still can't wait to dye it red again though. My natural hair colour is a dark brown and I do not really care for it too much. It's too dark for my liking.

My hair is naturally light brown, and I get every new long hair hairstyle that I think looks cool. and there's this new thing going around where you either get a pink or blue hair extention =3 I has a pink one xD
