Would you rather have fruity chewy Skittelz? Or would you have sweet chocolatey M&Ms? What is your favorite type of that candy? Say if it is Skittelz then you might say Tropical Skittelz. Of you could say Coconut M&Ms. So what is YOUR favorite? :)

I can't have dairy so out of the two I would have to say Skittles. I'm generally not a huge fan of fruity candy. I do love Junior Mints and Big Hunks though. <3

M&M's hands down.

I only had Skittles once, I went on a trip with my mother to the north of Portugal and there was a vending machine at the college we were in and I was all like "OMG mother, Skittles! Can I have 'em, can I? Can I? Can I?!" and she gave in. XD I never saw Skittles being sold anywhere else at any point, so I did taste the rainbow. XD

But still, M&Ms win. But Skittles are good~

Actually there are many dairy alternatives so I'm not really upset about it. It kinda does suck when you want a chocolate bar but you can't because all the chocolate at the store (even the super dark stuff) has dairy since they only carry huge brand names. I can have JR Mints because they don't have dairy in them :)

I can't eat Skittles. Most of the time when I find them they're not vegetarian friendly. =( I wish they did sell more vegetarian friendly Skittles. I used to eat them all the time before I stopped eating meat/animal byproducts.

Well, I still eat some dairy and eggs so I'm not 100% vegan. I also love chocolate. Vegan "chocolate" just does not taste the same. XD

I just do not eat animal fat or anything like that.

@ Mystic: Ohhh I see. Yeah my mom went vegan once. That is the only reason I know how to spell 'vegan' Yeah I have tried vegan chocolate. The stuff I tried was very bitter. It did not taste like chocolate that much :/

I like either, whichever mood I'm in...But I do insist on regular for both. Original!

This might be a little off-topic, but this topic reminds me of something that happened to my friend a few months ago. We were at a party, and there were little dishes of Skittles and M and Ms mixed together on the tables. Well, my friend thought that they were all M and Ms, but when she tasted one, she complained that it seemed rather stale. Then she spit it out in her hand, stared at it for a second, and commented: "Oh. It's a Skittle...."

M&M's for the win! How can anyone not love to have chocolate that melts in your mouth and not in your hands? LOL!

Well, I'm generally a chocolate person and sour things do not really appeal to me. And they are sticky and chewy which sometimes get stuck to your teeth and annoys the hell out of you. M&M's on the other hand, just melt in your mouth. And I have a fun time, biting them into half in my mouth making them perfectly halved (You can't really do that with skittles because of the chewiness)

Plus, you get all sorts of M&M's nowadays! We used to just get the normal peanut and brown packaged ones but I absolutely loved it when they came out with the crunchy one in the blue packets? They are a BIG hit here! And of course the peanut butter ones and the dark chocolate ones! Dark chocolate is LOVE!!!

And you get to keep all sorts of cool M&M's memorabilia too when they come in random Christmas packaging... So, its definitely hands down, M&M's for me!
