I'm getting a kitty!
 

I may be making too many threads about pets, but I can't help it! I'm just too excited! I talked to my dad about getting a dog earlier and he said no, so I asked if I could get a cat. And he instantly agreed! OMG I can't wait! I'm gonna have a kitten!! :squee:

Cats are great pets. So sweet and silly.

And don't worry about making so many pet threads -- they are a wonderful topic of conversation...

Good Luck with your new kitten hopefully it won't keep you up at night. I once had a kitten of my own she would cry all night long. but then again her sister did bite my step brother's foot when he was sleeping lols.

Cats make a great addition to the right home; just make sure you're totally prepared before you bring one in. Good luck with the new kitty <3

I'm having to type one handed because when I'm on the computer my kitten won't let me put her down.

She's cute but sort of mean. i think they all start out scratch-y. I'm hoping she mellows once she gets that her humans are mellow.

As soon as possible, pictures! I love cats, if they would stay kittens forever I'd have hundreds.

Yess! I can't wait to take pictures! I can't wait till I get the kitty! Eeeeeeeeeeeeee I'm so excited!

Lucky! :lol: My kitty passed away a few years ago and my mom doesn't want to get another cat. So I can't get one until I get off my butt and move out. I'm kind of a crazy cat lady, so being catless is driving me insane. Be sure to share pictures of your kitty ASAP! I'd love to see. :)

Mine never scratched. Well, never scratched me or my mum, anyway. She's incredibly flat pawed. She only really bites me if I really, really annoy her, but usually she's a little baby around me.

I would love to have a cat *u*~

But both my parents don't like cats so I don't see that going far. XD

I can't believe your dad changed his mind about a pet so quickly! I like cats much better than dogs. I haven't had one since my first cat passed away but I really do want another one though.

Age-related complications. He was too weak to get up anymore, so we had to put him down. :( He was 19, though; He lived a very long life.

Aww...one of my dogs passed out that way. :(

Oh, but I should mention that my life isn't completely kittyless now. My grandma has four cats, three of them kittens, and I go over to visit once a month and spend about half the time I'm there playing with the kitties. They're the best. :)
