I'm not a huge hockey fan but I gotta admit that nothing beats a good Wings game! My uncle gets season tickets so he lets my sisters and I go to the games that he doesn't want to go to and it always is a bunch of fun.

My first Wings game was in Detroit when I was ten, about nine years ago. That game made news for two years afterwards; it had a record number of fights. Come to think of it, I think it was with the Blues... I wonder if I could find an article about it now? Anyway, the best part was that amongst all the players fighting, the coaches jumped in and started fighting too! It was great!

Oh yeah, dad was pissed that Vancouver lost game six a few days ago, since our local team is the Canucks (I live in Seattle!). I didn't catch the seventh game, though, someone want to fill me in on the highlights?

that game was so bad, the refs were terrible. There was about 7 penalties that the hawks should have gotten!

Who won it, who's moving on?

Vancouver won it in overtime :D

Burrows scored both goals for the canucks, and Chicago's goalie and luongo both played amazing.

I like hockey but I can't watch NHL and EPL isn't on telly.

Channel 5 used to show some of the games really early in the morning but they don't now. Can only see some of it on ESPN and my dad won't subscribe to it because he thinks I'll stay up till 3 and 5am so I can watch it rather than just record it on Sky+ and watch it at a more reasonable hour.
