Earlier today, I said "I've never been in an area where tornado's occur". And of course because I've said this, we get a tornado and extreme-weather advisory warning message for the area I live in.

SO! Lets discus how sometimes it seems the moment we've said something doesn't happen- it happens and the weird weather we've been having (world wide :) ).

Many theories could be speculated on that whole reason. I wonder more and more about the whole 2012 and the planet X passing by I have heard many many whispers about. It's kind of frightening actually.

I live in AZ, normally by now we're in the 115 or so degree weather. Today, it was overcast and looked like rain all day. I've actually had windows and doors open as it's been about 80-85 in my house. Two weeks ago, I actually had to put on a jacket! Now, I am not at all complaining to have a nice cool summer, but for AZ...This is extremely gentle weather for this time of year for us.

We also felt an earthquake from Cali out here this year. It was weird.

There was tornado warning for my city too. We get warnings every summer but they always pass us by.

Tennessee is predictable in one way.

It's bipolar.

Like in May it was like in the 60s and below.

Now, with heat index....it is 115 degrees every day.

Yay for Tennessee. -watches grass die from the heat-

Been a few almost tornados here also, but that's been going on for a few years now when it used to be more or less tornado free.

We had the lake flood as well.

I live in Oklahoma - we're used to bipolar weather. I think the weirdest thing in recent memory was this last winter, when we had two-three feet of ground on the snow at one time for several weeks. Usually we might get snow a couple times a winter and if we're really lucky an inch or so might stick once or twice. We're not really prepared for that kind of weather so everyone was freaking out and everybody was closed (except good ol' Kum & Go, naturally...driving to work was fun). But last May I'd just gotten home from a six month stay in Winnipeg and was feeling homesick, so I rather enjoyed it. :D

Unusual weather patterns happen. I never understood all the fuss about it; it'll even out soon enough. It's just part of nature, nothing to do with 2012 or God's wrath (I can't help but roll my eyes every time someone brings that one up) or any kind of doomsday theory.

Personally, I think this happens because our bodies can feel minute changes in the atmosphere, strain and pressure on the earth. Of course, our bodies have no way to tell us this except for through our subconscious. Some level of the "warning" our bodies give us is transferred into our conscious mind. Because the warning transmitted to our conscious is so watered down, we might write it off as a thought as to why an event never happens. Then, when it does, SURPRISE!

InsiDoubt: giving you crack-pot theories since 6 months ago.
