I don't know anymore, I posted it on like 3 forums and there's people saying it's Chinese and others saying it's Japanese, so my guess is it must be Simplified Chinese since the Japanese also use those characters.
Just to clarify, it's Chinese, my mom can read it, but she says she can't give me the English meaning V.V

I called her and we got it figured out, it means
High Mountain Emerald West Point
We think it might just be the tea brand, unless anyone else has a better translation. Thanks for the help! And it was defiantly Chinese, I was right :D
