Oh god. History of magic? That's like the most boring subject ever. The ghost that teaches it barely even recognises that there are students there!
Personally my favourite is Transfiguration.

Defense Against the Dark Arts doesn't seem so fun to me, unless Lupin was teaching it. Dumbledore's Army would be on my list, though!
I was in FFA in high school, so Herbology would be on there! Then Charms with Professor Flitwick seems so absolutely cute! And of course, Flying class! :)

Lupin's Defense Against the Dark Arts was awesome, Transfigurations also really seems like fun, and I love McGonagall, she's badass!

Care Of Magical Creatures would probably be my absolute favourite class, mainly because Hagrid is one of my favourite characters and his idea of lessons really do seem exciting. It would be great to learn about all these magical animals, even just to know what one would be the best bet for setting on my enemies.
I'd also love flying lessons, it just seems so exhilarating. Also it would prepare me for my glittering career as a seeker in Scotland's international quidditch team. xD
My third favourite lesson would probably be potions, but it would have to be with Slughorn and not Snape. As much as I love Snape, I wouldn't want him as a teacher.

And then flying lessons lol Cause flying on a broomstick is awesome!
And then probably Transfiguration. Because McGonagall rocks.

HISTORY OF MAGIC!
History history history! It's something I salivate over. So I might not want to take the class in Hogwarts, maybe I can sneak into the Beauxbatons History of Magic class instead...

TRANSFIGURATION <3
History is amazing in real life though - YAY WE'RE LEARNING ABOUT REVOLUTIONS~! And I look like a real little nerd-child gawking at the old times and the pouf-hair and laughing at Marie Antoinette and her unsuccessful attempts to seduce her hubby when everyone's all -.- at me :P And my history teacher thinks I'm weird too. OH WELL. I love when we get to watch videos though <3 but in the magical world, I suppose getting to DO magic would beat everything. EVERYTHINGGGGGG.
AAH IF ONLY HOGWARTS WERE REAL :'[ No wait, it is. I'm just a ruddy Muggle. D:

History of Magic- I'd want to know all about the wizarding world and how it came to be. Also, I'm into history and anthropology so it would kind of fit.
Herbology- magical plants are awesome! No, I'm not talking about pot. I'm serious. I love plants in the real world so I'd absolutely love magical ones. Just think about all of the fun, exciting, incredible possibilities!

I know, this thread is making me sad because it's making me wish even more that it was real. Maybe all the "UFO's" everyone keep seeing are just enchanted cars. What if!? That would be awesome. :D

I've never really thought about it, actually. But I enjoy pretty much all classes and subjects at my real school, and I don't think that would really change.
Besides, I think I'd enjoy just about ANY class if it was at Hogwarts. xD

I always felt so bad for Hagrid, how his classes are always insulted by the Sytherins. He's really knowledgeable, and I think learning how to deal with creepy possibly dangerous creatures is really useful.

I think Charms, Herbology and Divination would be up there for me.
I love the idea of Potions, but it sounds a lot like Chemistry... and I always sucked at that!

I've never thought about this before! Probably potions... I liked chemistry lab in school and, as someone else said, Snape is cool. Although... huh, come to think of it, I was intimidated by my college chemistry prof a bit and didn't ask him questions because of that, and didn't get as good of a grade as I could have. So Snape would probably scare the pants (robe?) off me and I'd end up doing horribly. Hahaa.

To me, definitely DADA. I know Lupin was the best teacher ever and Umbridge was just... Good lord. I wanted to bang my head on the wall if I ever had a teacher like that... But it's still the most interesting subject for me. The second one would be Potions. Snape's a beetch but mixing ingredients and twirling and sniffing and mixing and stuff... Yeah, that gets me going. I suppose Charms and Transfiguration would be good classes too, but I'm pretty sure I'd have a few problmes with the latter. XD
As for History of Magic... I hate history. It'd be one of those classes I just know I'd fail unless I cheated. Can't help myself, the professor is a mildly-absent ghost and dates are boring.
Divination. Who would like that?! :D I'd flip a Hermione-ish answer and quit mid-term, haha. I wouldn't study Muggle Studies either. Or maybe I would. I'd get an awesome grade in the exam, amirite? But then again, I'd be studying to become an Auror, so I guess I'd have to take a lot of these classes whether I liked them or not.

I would want to learn Herbology, Care for Magical Creatures, and Potions. Herbology because I really like taking care of plants and watching them grow, Magical Creatures because I also love animals, and Potions because whenever I cook soup I always pretend I'm brewing something under Snape's supervision.
