...do you pay more attention when people are whispering?

Kind of noticed it the other day. My friend was basically SCREAMING my name and I was obviously not on planet Earth anymore. But then she whispered my name and I was like; HUHWHAT? YOU TALKIN' 'BOUT ME, BITCH? Then I got punched in the kidney, but that's besides the point.

Discuss weird things like that. And how people should be banished for punching anyone in the kidney. Mainly me. 8D

I actually haven't gotten that. Have my name whispered to be heard because everybody in my family yells their heart out to call one another. So it's pretty normal for me. I also have to be tapped when I get distracted. Though I am sorry about your kidney, I hope it's doing fine now. What else do you do up like a boss?

I tell people to make sure they have my attention when they're trying to talk to me, otherwise I'll probably just smile and nod and not know what the heck they're talking about.
