Those things just annoy me really badly. I want to strika a knife though my keyboard and shoot someone in the foot. Yes, in the foot, because then they will bleed a most painful death.

I'm pretty sure no one enjoys the forwarding texts or emails.

Excuse me for my mistake *get

da.
sorry they ask you often.
you could always cuss them out in Russian.
:O
i too really dislike forwarded chain letteres.

This happened recently: An anime elitist saying that because you watch Pokemon, Yugioh or whatnot, that isn't true anime, but is mainstream garbage that you think you like, but is really mindless drivel. Or as this The Onion article states, "Man Who Enjoys Thing Informed He is Wrong".

Another is people who start that whole "Thumbs up if ___" thing on YouTube. Related to this is the "Thumbs up if ____ brought you here" thing that involves staking "claims" because one group found a song through a CD while a secord first heard the song in a TV show or video game; the first group behaves as if because they "found" the song first, and the second group doesn't deserve to listen to it or can't appreciate it as much. (A good example is In Living Color's song "Cult of Personality", more popularly known to many as the entrance theme of WWE superstar CM Punk. The YT comments are insane.)

Anzelthur 10-31-2011 11:14 PM

People who claim Avatar: The Last Airbender is an anime. People who write Pokemon instead of "Pokémon" (No offense, I'm just crazy. Don't mind me). Typos in general.
"SUBSCRIBE TO ME BECAUSE OF ___________" or just people asking for subscriptions in general. "VOTE UP BECAUSE I SAID BANANA" or just asking for the damn thumbs ups. AAAHHHHHH MY HEAD.

When people eat with their mouth open, when people slurp and when people chew gum with their mouth open. It drives me insane.

Smoking. Any kind of smoking will make me want to peel my skin off and scream. I just have a deep hate for smoking.

Facebook. I am a member because it's the only way to keep in touch with certain people, but really; Facebook is taking over the social world. Even on some commercials they even have "Go to our facebook page" oh lawdy. And now Google+. How many social networks do we need? Can't people just communicate and share things to each other in a non-online way? Gosh, I understand if it's because you can't see each other because of distance but if you can meet in real life, WHY?

And what's with people that need to share everything online? Get some privacy, please! And I'm not interested in knowing that you hate getting up early because of school/work, or that you're bored.

Impatient people also makes me cringe.

Aaaaand there's a lot more that I can't think of at the moment.

Kitten 10-31-2011 11:29 PM

When people drag their feet and also chew with their mouths open.!!!
Both at the same time...?? I WOULD DIE xDDD

i'm with you on both of them.
when people do the screetchie stop with sneakers, that hurts my ears.

hummy 11-01-2011 10:12 PM

today is hello♥kitties birthday!
telemarketer callers are my biggest pet peeve at the moment.
hummy just found out if you have say a Citibank card then all Citibank associated compaines can call you EVEN if you are on the 'do not call' list.
fixed their little red wagons though.....put the answering machine on two!
so hummy basically hears just a half of a ring now.
muahahahaha!

Anzelthur 11-01-2011 10:21 PM

Haha, thanks!

That sounds crazy that they can do that. Your phone must ring almost every day. :o

Another one is when people keep expecting you to keep in touch, when you've done it all the damn time, and if you don't they whine going "You don't want to be my friend" or something!! XD

Kokoro chan 11-17-2011 06:29 PM

I have determined. The absolute 100% MOST IRRITATING and EASY TO MAKE grammatical error I have encountered is "loose" as opposed to "lose". I choose this one because "They're, Their, and There" are occasionally caught, as is "Its and It's", however NO ONE SEEMS TO REALIZE that not only are these two spellings FAR from interchangeable, but they make completely different words that don't even SOUND the same. One of my pet peeves. (BTW, for those of you that do not know; "Loose" is "Free from anything that binds" IE; "The Knot had an end hanging loose" Whereas "LOSE" is "to fail to keep, preserve, or maintain" IE; "Do not lose that, it is very valuable."

hummy 11-17-2011 07:57 PM

oh my goodness!!!!!
automated telephone operators.
please just give me a numberr to push to speak to a real live person!
i think it's great they have a numero dos to push for Spanish.
but for the love of God, please give me a number to push to wait in the que to speak to a repesentative!

Kokoro chan 11-18-2011 02:38 AM

Agreed!!

I had something like this, only she didn't want me to just "keep in touch" she wanted me at her beck and call EVERY day, at her house, spending ALL (read: every last darn second) of my free time with her kissing her butt! and when I declined saying I had other plans for the day she accused me of being a "manipulative user". I am not exaggerating. She had issues, apparently.

----------

I despise people who whine (literally speak in a high pitched annoying tone of voice) and mouth breathers (except for flu season, then it's forgivable.) Seriously, I was always taught to keep my mouth closed so I didn't look vacant, and now it bugs me. Brings to mind the old addage "Close your mouth before flies get in"

hummy 11-19-2011 10:27 PM

lol @ mouth breathers.
but, you are right, close that pie hole please!

TheEmpressofEvil 11-19-2011 10:39 PM

I don't think anything gets to me quite as much as bad driving can. I don't really road rage over it but I definitely get irritated when people do any of the following:

1) Cut in front of you as though you were driving too slowly for their liking and then go only 5mph above the speed limit or exactly the speed limit.

2) Changing lanes in an interaction. I've almost gotten into so many accidents because people seem to forget that you're really not allowed to change lanes like that or maybe they're just having ditzy moments when making multi-lane left hand turns.. either way, I don't like it.

3) Drivers not using their turn signals. I can KNOW without a doubt that you want into my lane but if your turn signal isn't on, you can forget me making that process easy for you. I won't do it!

there's so many others... and some without saying like drunk driving. I just about killed my brother when I found out he'd driven drunk before. I think he knows not to now. he certainly never has since then and generally has me go pick him up wherever he's at.

hummy 11-20-2011 01:03 AM

i really don't like drunk drivers, even if they are just tipsie.
my uncle used to drive that way all the time.
i would never get into a car with him.

i'm glad your brother isn't driving while intoxicated anymore.

TheEmpressofEvil 11-20-2011 01:06 AM

he did it once but I think I got my point across to him and he's promised he'll never do it again and so far he's kept that promise. I think it was mostly that he didn't realize that I'd always be there for him. And I really will. He knows now that he can call me at any time and no matter how far away he is or what I'm doing, I'll go get him.

hummy 11-20-2011 01:08 AM

that's really a good think you are doing for him.
i also think most people think they aren't affected by what they drink.
i know i am impaired almost immediately.
i drive badly at night anyway and to add alcohol to it is a recipe for disaster for me.

TheEmpressofEvil 11-20-2011 01:11 AM

I had to learn how I react to alcohol. I've never really been drunk but I know what sorts of drinks I'm weakest to. Like tequila.. I can;t handle that for some reason. no clue why but I know I can only have very little of that if any at all. In general, I just avoid that one.

but anyway yeah, drunk driving is definitely a pet peeve of mine. I also didn't like it in high school when people would talk of their drunken escapades like it was cool. It all just seems really stupid to me...

Kokoro chan 11-23-2011 10:01 PM

I agree about bad drivers and also drivers under the influence. I also will got out of my way for most of my friends if they need me to pick them up.

iZems 11-23-2011 10:50 PM

I hate listening to people eat, especially with their mouth open.

I just hate the sound of people chewing it just gets on my nerves!
I always try to eat away from people so I don't have to hear it.
And for chewing with your mouth open... well that's just gross.

My biggest pet peeve is when people snap (crack?) their fingers. You know, when you pull or move your finger or hand and it goes crack-crack-crack. What's that called? I completely forgot, excuse me while I bang my head on the wall. But anyway, oh god that makes me want to get a knife and cut your whole hand off. Why do people do that? It's so annoying! I detest it, I always get all twitchy with my head and cover my ears. it doesn't help that I look like I'm fighting a demon from possessing me because that's how twitchy I get. Iiiiick. If I know the person I always either grab their hands tight or slap them to make it stop. Can't stand it. Can't stand it at all.

I do it, it's a bad habbit that's hard to break. one of my worst habbits is biting my nails though... um i crack them cause it feels good, I guess it isn't a good thing though, I am hoping i will stop doing it someday!

hummy 12-02-2011 04:07 AM

one thing that bugs hummy to no end is when she makes a list of what is needed to do and buy.
then runs out the door to do the errands and buy the groceries but has forgotten the list sitting on the table!
ahhhhhh!!!!!
then hummy comes home with everything but what she really needed.
like cat litter and toilet paper!
who forgets those two very imnportant things?????

Paramedic_Dreamer 12-02-2011 04:55 AM

When people randomly hug me, cling to me, ESPECIALLY as I'm eating. I must not be interrupted when I'm eating.

hummy 12-02-2011 05:19 AM

hummy likes her personal bubble as well.
she loves hugs but they must be wanted and not awkward.
and while you are eating is just.....rude, for the lack of a better word.

As for my pet peeves, I have many. Whistling indoors is one. People who complain about mainstream things. Poser teenagers. People who play CoD and call themselves gamers. People who use the word "alot." Bigotry, religious and anti-religious fanatics alike, discrimination, reverse racism.. ugh. The world is full of things that frustrate me. v.v

This is a pet peeve of mine: When people invent their own definition of "gamer." If you play video games, you're a gamer. Regardless of CoD or whatever.

Pisses me off.

hummy 12-03-2011 09:44 PM

when something upsets me and i cannot say something about it.
*ish a doormat*
sad, but true.

KittyCat18 12-07-2011 06:17 AM

Ahhh...I've got a few XD More like a vent, lol.

Ugh...like nails on a chalk bored : When someone says "Shhh" to stop me talking or something and they don't seem to realize that their "Shhh"ing is louder than my whispering.

When I'm in the middle of a conversation and the person I am talking to gets distracted by another friend talking to her and that person walks off.

A person of my age calling me "Hun" or "dear" no matter if it's meant to be condescending or just casual talk. I don't mind if (I'm 20) someone significantly older calls me that, but if it's someone in my age range it makes me CRINGE.

Annnnd, one more: Grown ups talking baby talk - not talking to a baby, but just in general. I've lived with a 49 year old that talked like a freaking baby and I wanted to smack her.
