Light from outside of my room. Can't stand it. I find that weird considering i used to sleep with the door half open, and the curtains not closed.
Also, noise. If somethings going on downstairs, or outside my door, anywhere, i'll stay awake. Sometimes, if i stay on the computer in the evening i can't sleep for a few hours. |
