You got to live with people, be them family or flat mates, room mates, lovers, whatnot. They help make costs more manageable and stop you from collecting 50 cats and becoming that person.
But there are things about them that can really grate on you, isn't there??
Love them, hate them, you live with them.

What are some of the things that you love about your housemates?
What are some of the things that drive you insane!?

----------

My roommates have a dog. A 2 year old Husky, almost 3. They took this dog through ALL the pet store's training classes. It still Poops in the house, behind my chair. And it doesn't listen to anything. I came home to the house shredded up, rug pulled up, shoes eaten, recyclables all over the living room, poop and pee on the floor. And the kicker? My roommates expect me to clean up after the monster because I come home first from work. I could keep ranting about this dog, She's not mine to take care of and watch over. I take her out and give her water, that's all I should be expected to do.

try some natural miricle spray to clean up the area behind your chair.
they smell their scent and will continue to use that same spot forever.

Some of my house mates have really annoying habits. One of them spent 45 minutes in the shower when i really needed to pee, and had to be at lectures shortly thereafter. There's just no consideration at all.
He never speaks to me when he sees me, and generally makes me feel out of place, i being the one that entered the house last and all.

Another weird thing i've noticed is that nobody shares toilet roll. Mine disapears rapidly if i leave it around, but they seem unwilling to share theirs. Generally though, they aren't noisy so i can't complain.

For the first 2-3 weeks here two of my flatmates decided it was okay to go out partying until 4am, come back here with ALL of their mates and continue the party loudly. Me and the other two flatmates were fuming.

Then that stopped, and instead the two party flatmate's friends all decided it was okay to spam the buzzer at 2-4am every night/morning instead. Then the buzzer broke. Thank God.

Lately they've been fine though, and they're usually nice enough to ask if they want to borrow anything so that isn't a problem. Although, my ketchup did go missing. . . >>;

Hey! I'm one of the people with the 50 cats! XD By cats I mean 5 cats and 5 dragons. XD

I like living alone. Yes, it's more expensive but I only have to worry about myself. I don't havet o share my sapce with anyone and I don't have to listen to arguing any more. Over all I'd say I'm happier living by myself. My sister lives int he apartment upstairs so if I get lonely I can go bother her. I live in a two unit duplex.

I used to live with my ex. One of the things that annoyed me at first was that she'd always come into my room in the middle of the night and get into my bed when I was sleeping. She had her own room and everything but she still did that every night. After a while it became cute and I didn't mind it so much though. I only have a twin sized bed so the two of us on it was a bit much especially with my dog wanting to sleep on the bed. XD

One day my sister brought her friend down here and flashed us his "man junk" when they were drunk. I admit afterwards it was funny but my ex was freaking out at the time about a penis. XD At the time she never saw one so her reaction was pretty funny.
