I don't know...armored cupcake cars....seriously if you ducked, zombies wouldn't bother you as long as you hid your scent....and people would just think you were trash if you stayed still. That might be a good idea lol.

Yeah, we'd need at least one big vehicle, but that's just an armored 4x4 or something. And I would love the Zombie 'Pocyclypse (as said in Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome) to happen soon, but maybe wait till my leg straightens out lol.

Going for head shots which will kill the zombie, but are harder to make; or going for disabling the zombie by leg and arm shots?

Well, that depends, if they're slow moving zombies... head shots would be best, take them down with no waste of ammo! You've gotta think, we don't know how long this apocalypse "no civilization" deal would last. So conserving everything is really the only way to go! There's only so much you can go out and ransack before there's nothing left to get.. and ammo is definitely in that category!!

Depending on how the zombie sickness ,for lack of a better term, is spread polearm style melee weapons could be the most effective at taking out slow moving zombies, thus saving you ammo for important things like bottles and wild tacos :D

Good idea though! I hadn't thought of that before. I want Sephiroth's Masamune!! -drools- That sword is amazing!! And it's 6 foot so it would be very helpful at keeping zombies away!!

....Time to practice with a sling and a rock. 8D I wouldn't want to be close to them, no matter what.

I've actually given a lot of thought to this subject, considering my love of horror movies and how often i watch them. I would first have a location just outside of the city. Not too close to any buildings, but not too far. A good view all around. Then I would take any and all measure to ensure said building is impenetrable, save for the entrance and whatever emergency exits, which you can only open from the inside. Second, said building would have to have a cellar or a basement below ground level. There would be an emergency exit. This one would be impossible to locate unless you knew about it, and would have sections you must go through. It would be a tunnel underground. It would have a few surveillance systems, or if there was a lack of electricity, a warning system that would be triggered by a booby trap of some sort. Then, this said basement would be a storage section, hidden from prying eyes of guests. It would have nonperishable food items, water, medical supplies, ammunition, and weapons. I would also need to develop a system that would create these items when supplies run out. For example, like that one movie "waterworld" or something, he filters his own piss and drinks it. It is still liquid. Filter out the chemicals, acids, and whatnot, and you have h2o. Another example would be a contraption that melts metal into bullets. Food, I may have to find a way to grow it. Or farm small animals. Or hunt. As far as medical supplies go, learn from medical books. Steal medical supplies. Steal weapons. Take care of them, because those last. Don't let your weapons go neglected and rust, because these will be mans new bff. Anyway, after that, there would be the lookout and setting up a communication system. Find out from other survivors what the fuck is going on. Find out if there is a cure or a surefire way to terminate all zombies. And after the worst is done and there is some safety with everyday life, procreate with survivors. You don't even have to like them. It is your responsibility to keep the human race alive now. And no inbreeding. Write down who's baby-daddy is who's if ya have to. Anyway, that's what I got for now.
