Okay...I am over-reacting here. I don't have a baby. However, a lot of things to me I class as babies. Particularly things that are associated with my style. One of which would be my nose stud that looks like a smiley face. I thought I lost it a few months ago. However, my mum found it today! I haven't smiled like that in ages! <3
So my question is this: Have you ever found anything that you loved but thought was lost forever?
Happens to me -all- the time...

Well last year my cat went missing for like a month and a half, she usually ran away for 2 or 3 days whenever we left home for the weekend but that time she was gone for so long that we thought she was gone for good. But then one night I was laying on my bed and she suddenly appears in the doorway, super skinny and meowing for attention.

^My cat went missing for a while, don't know what happened to him but he was gone for a few weeks then came back. He was alright, a bit skinny but happy to be home. Another cat I had, he had gotten out one day before I went to school -- I was extremely upset that he had gotten out, thought he wouldn't come back. A couple of hours later, he did come wandering in like nothing had happened.

Well, I once lost my guitar.. Now that was terrible, cause that is my everything. Turned out one of my friends "friend" thought it looked nice, and decided to take it home with him. Needless to say, when my friend saw it at his "friends" house, he was pissed. But I got it back, and even slightly repaired (he placed the old strings), so I don't complain. (:
On another note, I lost my wedding ring yesterday. :gonk: I so do hope that it turns up in a glove somewhere.. >_>

I lost my wedding ring at work in a turtle tank when I used to work at a pet store. I thought it was gone forever then it appeared a few weeks later in the tank. I swear someone took it then put it back in there because I tore that tank up several times looking for it. I thought it was washed down the drain or something.

My stuffed animal, Mister Whales, went missing last week. But I found him Friday morning. :3 He was under my bed.

Hmm, I'm a pretty organised person so I don't ever really lose things. Maybe the occasional left sock, but I honestly can't think of anything where I was relived to find it again.
There was one time I "lost" a ring in the girls change room. I took my rings off to get ready for gym. But it wasn't because I misplaced it it was because someone stole it. It was my grandmothers ring and was a very distinctive Opal in an old style setting. Even though I knew who stole it I acted like she didn't. When I confronted her about it I was like "Oh you found my ring I thought I'd lost it," and told her about how it was my grandmothers. She felt bad and gave it back. I knew exactly where I put i before gym, so I didn't lose it. She saw where I put it and took it, but I just pretended like that part didn't happen. I'm just glad I didn't have to get any teachers involved.

Can you come over and find something for me Cassette? My great grandmother's diamond fell out of my necklace a few years ago. It was not worth much, but sentimental as all heck, since I was named for her. Wish that sucker would reappear.
