Do you if wonder why you can't stay in one spot? Lol me I get bored at times. So what are some things that make you want to just leave and have some fun?

I feel mene should be a lot more active though, there's always 100 members online =\
at least, with the other two sites I go on, they have a really small memberbase, so it makes sense XD

I've thought about moving from spot to spot in real life too. It's not that I exactly hate where I am right now, it's more like I just feel like I need a change of pace or something. Money is pretty much holding me back now. Hopefully I can get my book published soon and get a bit more money from that.

I guess, I'm rather loyal, lol XD
I'm mainly on another site, but Menewsha has always been very loyal to it's userbase, so I'd feel bad for just poofing.

Mystic, I know what you mean on the different pace of life. I'm getting promoted to full time next school year, which is awesome, but I don't know if I'd really want to stay here or if I should go back to school for a better job. I don't want to settle. However, I don't want to move on to the next step yet.. Eh.

I'm also very bad at where I am physically. For some reason, I still do not drive. So getting around is either my bike, walking, or getting a ride from a friend (mostly that last one, I'm lazy). So when I'm bored of the bar or a friend's house, I have to awkwardly try to find a way out. I don't want to be the party-killer, but I don't like being outside during these colder months. And my boyfriend wants me to move in soon, but I have no idea how I'm getting home after work. I get off at 5:30pm and he gets off at eight, so it's not like I can wait for him. Half hour walk (at night) is out of the question, so maybe bus? I don't know..

@Fairy: It's a romance novel to put it short. It deals with gender issues as well on top of that. I think it turned out rather well if I do say so myself. :P

@Nikki: Yeah, I have the same problem with driving. I ended up buying a bike and thankfully it hasn't snowed very much this year so I've been biking almost everywhere when I have the energy otherwise I just take the bus. There's just some really...strange people on the bus at night.

Personally, I have the same problem; but mine is due to the fact. No one replies. You spend half the day talking to yourself. It sucks, really.

Well, Menew seemed to die out allot while I was away. That's one of the reason it seems.

I been waiting for a reply on my role play partner search. I doubt I would fine one with my time frame.

Well, roleplays tend to be rather active on mene~

I think it's just in need of another event forum and some games, mene always picks up around those =3

Gahh I totally agree! I want to say here but I just don't know how to get connected. I really like to write alot and this is just the place to put on my imagination cap..loool. I guess I need to make some friends :)

@Fairy: Hopefully. My editor is being difficult so it's pushed me back a few weeks already. I'm waiting for a proof to come before sending it off to be finalized although I may just self publish.


@Losali: Most people on Mene are pretty friendly. That's one reason I like the site.

I really wish the writing forums had more active people posting. I'd post more there if that was the case but it's kind of always dead in there.

There are some really cool events on mene. A lot of people are more active on the site during the events, stick around for the next event and you should be having a lot more fun.
