Boom, another Texan

feichan 05-14-2015 12:30 PM

I'm from Pluto...
Living in Indonesia.[eager]

Mr. Wrong 05-20-2015 04:45 AM

Now I want to taste caribou sausage.

The Wandering Poet 05-20-2015 05:26 AM

Caribou sausage? That sounds... interesting. Would it taste like veal?

Mr. Wrong 05-20-2015 01:52 PM

I don't know. I just want to chow down.

The Wandering Poet 05-20-2015 03:24 PM

Well good luck finding out ^^

River Song 06-25-2015 08:36 PM

Not sure if you're still doing this...
But I'm from the US and Tennessee is my state. :P

The Wandering Poet 06-25-2015 11:13 PM

I still peek at it from time to time, not sure about anyone else.
It's always interesting to see how far everyone is away.

Chai Fae 06-26-2015 03:45 AM

An American from California here!
I love seeing where everyone comes from,
we all live pretty far away,
and have plenty different customs,
but we all share Menewsha in common.
I think that's pretty cool ^u^

The Wandering Poet 06-26-2015 03:47 AM

I think the closest Menewshan to me so far is about 80 miles away,

Chai Fae 06-26-2015 04:29 AM

and 80 miles is actually a lot of miles!

The Wandering Poet 06-26-2015 04:48 AM

Quite true. At least 2 or 3 hours away I think.

Chai Fae 06-26-2015 05:27 AM

I always wonder how close/far the people online are to me.
One time, a friend I met on tumblr told me where they lived (after being friends for a whole year) and they ended up being only 20 minutes away! We knew each other for so long, and we had no idea :'-)

The Wandering Poet 06-26-2015 07:31 AM

I had a friend from online 20 minutes away once. I met her the day she was unpacking 800 miles away [lol]

Pistachio_Moustache 06-26-2015 03:15 PM

Wait, there's someone here from South Korea??
WHERE

Woodlandnymph 06-26-2015 05:05 PM

7th Connecticut...er! Wooh New England!

Also, Caribou sausage tastes ok. I think I like Yak sausage better. Less game-y.

The Wandering Poet 06-26-2015 10:05 PM

I think I know one user that was in SK, but I don't think they are there anymore?

Michy Lea 07-04-2015 02:29 AM

My husband is originally from South Korea, but he was adopted and grew up in south Mississippi, where we live now.

No Life Crisis 07-04-2015 07:38 PM

Florida checkin' in, yo.

The Wandering Poet 07-04-2015 07:46 PM

Florida? That place is nice. When I visited there I encountered a wild turtle owo

salvete 01-10-2016 08:03 PM

This is so cool! It's amazing how many countries and states are represented! And only three of the states in the U.S. are missing! :)

salvete 01-12-2016 01:23 AM

Well, yes I suppose so ^^ in case anyone doesn't want to reveal their location

The Wandering Poet 01-16-2016 04:58 PM

I see no problems with showing what state I live in. Kinda hard to track someone down in that much area [yes]

salvete 01-16-2016 07:57 PM

That is true :) I wouldn't recommend that anyone revealed that they live in a specific town with very few people in it, though.

The Wandering Poet 01-16-2016 09:30 PM

I pick a recognizable town nearby and use that one. Also helps when explaining to people when traveling, because nobody will have ever heard of my town.
