Push bikes
 
I know alot about mountain and hybrid push-bikes

but i dont know anything about road biked and i need some help..

so what makes a good road bike...

and what size frame do i need im 6 foot odd

Are you able to go into a shop and look at it in person? The size you need depends on the length of your legs. The seat should be at about mid hip, and you don't want to have to lean over too far to reach the handlebars. It is always better to buy things like bicycles in person if you ask me, and try it on, like you would a new pair of shoes.
