I was wondering if anyone else on this site does as well...
if you do, can you post pics? can you show me how?
I am new here...

get signed in one of those sites that host images and add your images there. then paste its link in the forums and Wallah! your image will appear
I know that wasn't a very good explanation, maybe you should go to the FAQ section

I make happy little pictures out of macaroni and the bones of short people! ^_^ <3
lolololol jk

Well, you know already that I sew. (Not that I'm any good at it, and I don't know how to use a damn sewing machine, so it's all by hand and takes a bajillion years. lol)
I make random crap out of random crap too. That's always fun. :]

Here's the shitty bustle skirt I made last year as part of my victorian vampire costume...

...the back. Probably the only decent part of it. xD

The front, looks like crap, and the lighting in both pictures makes them look even crappier.

Redoing the entire skirt, I'm going a a voodoo doll this year, so yeah it will be a lot different. xD

Like my fucktarded makeshift basket on a stool dress form?

I do a bit of crafting every now and again. Usually mask making and the like (both out of paper clay and papier mache depending on the size of the mask I'm trying to make). I design and help create the occasional costume for conventions as well.

Weeping Angel Mask (CTCon 2012)
Masquerade Mask (Black & White 2012)
Another Masquerade Mask

And, not sure if it technically counts as 'crafty,' per say, but I also do a bit with stage makeup.

Oh and...uh...some of you might remember this thing...

I have made a number of things... sadly none of which I ever thought to photograph and then they are given as gifts.

I was in a sewing class for a year, and I made things like: A jacket, scarves, a teddy bear (which I would love to make again), purses, tote bags, and ummm oh little sewing thread-bob angels... yeah... not sure how to describe 'em.
Using a sewing machine is incredibly easy, and it makes your projects not only come out faster, but neater as well. I would advise learning for those tedious or lengthy projects like quilts.

I was also in a wood working class for a year, I created not very many things (and shitty at that) like: a kitty silhouette, a teapot silhouette, a few candle sticks, and a pencil holder. Never anything you actually had to craft and build though T_T.

Other than those classes I have been in art classes for a long ass time.
-Candy machines (the only cool thing about this one is when you get to see it up close, I used three different mediums, interchanging them with the three machines, so that each one is a colored with a different medium [colored pencil, marker, & oil pastel]).

I like to draw dresses and the woman's figure sometimes, this was just a spark of inspiration that never happened again.

I call this one "Toxic Bubbles" or what really happened "Use all the green paint on a plank of wood" project. Lols

And last but not least for now, I have only just started computer art.. so this was my first creation.

I like to sew some.
Mostly I just make pillows & assorted stuff like that.

Once in a while I make dream catchers & wreaths, but I haven't made either in several months now.

I like quilting. I'm also interesting in "fancy cooking" but at the moment I'm terrible at anything but a fancy looking pizza XD

I agree with the embroidery idea... but it doesn't mean that you are worthless at all... you are probably way better at something useful than i am...

First off, welcome to Menewsha Lela! :)

And second, we do have some other members on here (me included) who enjoy doing arts and crafts. ^^ There is a hangout for it as well if you'd like to join us!

I'm trying to make a friendship bracelet and it's basically rage quit at the moment. I used to be a crafty kid but I must have really grew out of it.
