Would you, or would you rather it be a surprise?

Why or why not, of course.

I personally probably wouldn't, though it would be tempting! I feel like if you already know the story and the end, there's not a whole lot of point in reading the book, yadig?

Depends on whether or not I have any ability to change what I don't like. I'd totally want to be able to see my future so I can prevent all my future muck-ups.

Otherwise, yeah.. no point in spoilering all of life's surprises.

I think Ginger put it really well. It'd either be really great, in which case I'd f it up, or it'd be really bad, in which case I'd either be thoroughly depressed about it, or I'd try to change it and just make it worse, most likely.

I wouldn't mind knowing something general, though, like: will I end up happy for the most part? If so, leave it alone. Or will I end up sad? In such a case, I might try harder at some things, but lord knows I still probably couldn't change it.

Lol, I wouldn't. Wouldn't want to spoil it. If I could travel back to the past and change my mistakes, then I would consider. [lol]

I'd peer into my future just enough to see what the winning lottery numbers were! :D

I know it would probably be best just to let it be a surprise... but honestly, I think I would definitely choose to see my future.

Well, on the condition that I'm able to change things, anyway...

But then, I'm pretty stressed out about not knowing what I want to do with the rest of my life right now, so just having some idea would be a huge relief. Even if I saw a rather unpleasant future for myself, it would at least be helpful to have some idea of what sort of mistakes to make to avoid letting that become reality.

Mostly I just want to see the future to know what I end up majoring in while in college, though. xD

i don't believe in fate or destiny and there are so many contributing factors to where people end up in life. so if someone could show the future, i'd just see it as a possible future instead of the future.

unless they were from the future and traveled back and then i'd be like TELL ME IF I WIN THE LOTTERY, but nothing else. i want everything to be a surprise~

I'd kinda wanna know as far as if I would be with my boyfriend, like marrying him. Then, leave the rest a secret. Can we choose it to be that way?? xD That's the only thing right now that I'm even remotely interested in knowing about.

Considering the kinds of things I've already encountered in life so far, I think it'd be easier not knowing what's coming, especially if you couldn't change it, it'd be awful to know all the downs that are coming, and how you die etc,

I would just because I don't like being left in the dark. I don't really care if it's something that I can change or not.
The way life treats me, I'd like to be able to brace myself.

I would, I'm pretty lazy when it comes to change so I would probably be like "oh, okay. well, that's that." Unless I can avoid being hit by a train or something.

Nah, I wouldn't want to see my future. I like mysteries and surprises. I wouldn't want to change anything, that would just be an act against nature/God/whatever. I want my life to keep me on my toes. I'd try really hard not to mess up if my future was perfect but I'd probably accidentally mess up along the way trying to make it right. o-o;;
