I find diamonds, and literally two minutes later, run into/fall into lava.

be careful how you dig and stuff when you're around diamonds.

just don't dig straight down :)

Yeah, well... I get curious to what's down there.

Usually when I hit diamonds I just pick one square of stone at a time until I encounter lava and find a way around it. Just try not to be too hasty.

I usually always have such a hard time finding diamonds but lapis and gold are no problem.

I always have a hard time finding diamonds. I tend to play on Creative mode. I have plenty of worlds with 8-bit characters. Even have one with a huge Mario pipe turned into a house with an 8-bit Mario over it. So far it's my favorite. :)

I always dig around the goal just to make sure it's safe.

This one is old now but is still my favorite minecraft project.

Heh those are cute

my boyfriend got me into Minecraft... I don't really like it much on it's own, but we are on a SMP server with the towns and jobs plugins, that makes it a little more intresting. I am a farmer and cook on there, and I have a lot of fun. The server owner even made custom recepies for cooks to make food that give the potion effects.
